It had only been a matter of minutes since we'd been stuck in this hell-hole of a library. We were all keeping to ourselves, doing our own thing. Though, I doubt there was much of a choice since most of us hated each other. Personally, I'd rather stick my hand in a meat grinder than make conversation with Chico or, God forbid, Viktor. I know I said I thought he wasn't that bad, but that bastard helped haze Petra. He can suck himself off for all I care.

I was still playing with my knife, almost teasing everyone about the fact that I had something to occupy myself with. The others found things to do as well though, some things more entertaining than others. Marcus made endless doodles all over his notebook since he managed to sneak it as well. Saya had to keep herself occupied by pulling the strings on her own hoodie due to her anxiety about her katana. Viktor was working out by the fireplace, using heavy ass books as weights. Chico was vandalizing the table he sat at, using different stamps and pens to draw all over it. Petra played with her gum and occasionally threw spit balls at the Legacy boy sitting next to her who looked like he was cutting the circulation off of his finger with some string he found.

I looked over at Marcus and his drawings. It looked like he was drawing some sort of fucked up version of a person. His face looked... melted?

"Holy shit. What is that?" I asked.

The others were too busy with their own shit to notice our conversation, so I didn't care too much about my tone.

"Uh, nothing." He said before closing his pen and shutting his notebook.

I gave him a suspicious look in return.

"What? It's seriously nothing." He said putting on a slight smile.

"Yeah whatever, Arguello." I dismissed him.

We looked to the side to see Viktor doing push-ups. His face was all red and scrunched-up and he was grunting like crazy. How is he not a virgin? Seriously who finds that dude attractive?

"Hey, Vik, you got the time?" Marcus spoke in a louder tone, teasing Viktor about the watch that he had drawn on himself due to his boredom.

"Very funny, Nancy boy." He grunted before getting up out of his push-up position.

He looked more normal standing up. Thank god for that because I don't know how much longer I could deal with him grunting in the corner. It sounded like he was jacking off.

"Is Swatch. Top American style." He finished as his voice went back to normal and he held up the drawn-on watch on his wrist.

"Is fake." I said mocking his accent.

Viktor rolled his eyes and walked away, not having anything to say to my snarky comment.

"That's smart. In case you break the other two." Marcus teased so maybe we wouldn't be bored out of our minds.

Just then Chico stood up loudly, making everyone flinch at the loud noise.

"Fuck Lin and his Trojan bullshit. Once I get what I want from this joint, I'm gonna stick a machete up his ass." He said angrily as he started walking down the aisle of tables.

"Now he pipes up. 45 minutes after he left." Marcus said in an unamused way, looking back at Chico from where we were sitting.

"It's been at least an hour. It feels like forever." I replied to Marcus not acknowledging Chico and his bullshit threats.

"You're the one that I should be carving up, Arguello. You and your puta girlfriend. Your queefy dart bullshit got us thrown in here, yeah?" Chico threatened coming closer to us.

"We're not dating. If we were though, at least we wouldn't be a dysfunctional couple like you and Maria. You know, he's not abusive like you." I said to Chico teasingly.

"You don't know shit, Rat." Chico said pointing a finger in my face.

"Please. Everyone knows you're a manipulative, toxic, abusive boyfriend. A blind man can see it. And the second Maria has a chance to get the fuck out of your relationship, she will. Trust me." I said with a condescending smile.

"You think the queefy dart was faster than The Flash?" Marcus said out of nowhere, changing the subject.

"No, but he could out-queef Superman for sure." Saya piped up.

By now she was on top of a bookshelf staring up at the roof.

"Yeah, maybe even Batman." I added, ignoring Chico.

"Oh, definitely Batman." Marcus agreed.

Chico looked frustrated and flicked Saya, Marcus, and I off with both his middle fingers. I let out a slight laugh as he went back to sit at his vandalized desk.
