After getting ready I made my way over to the comic book shop. I'd checked the dorms of the others before I left and they were empty so I guessed they all took off without me, trying to get there as soon as possible. Since I was the last one to leave I basically sprinted to the store, trying to catch up with my friends that were probably already there anyway.

I walked into the shop out of breath and probably on the verge of breaking a sweat. The store was crowded, full of thirteen year old comic book nerds.

My friends were over at the cash register talking. I hoped they hadn't started their planning yet before I got there.

"Hey." I panted as I came up to them.

"You look terrible." Lex pointed out.

"Thanks for the observation, asshole." I said sarcastically.

"No need to be rude. We have a long day ahead of us for that, princess." He teased.

"I'm sure you had a long night, too. You know, Petra in your bed and all." I exposed them.

"Hey, I haven't said shit." Petra spoke up.

"Whatever whatever. Can we just get these pre-pubescent nerds out of here?" I asked.

"On it." Billy said.

"Store's closed." Petra said as she started shoving the kids out of the store.

Lex helped her throw them out of the store as they all uttered profanities and sentences that normal twelve year olds probably shouldn't know exist.

"Go suck a dick, you munchkins!" Lex yelled after shoving the last one out.

Petra then pulled him back and locked the door, flipping over the sign so it said closed.

"Where's Saya?" Marcus asked noticing that one was missing.

"No idea. I know I woke her up this morning." I stated as Lex and Petra came back to our little group.

"She head out of our dorm after getting ready. Said she had to do something important, but I assumed she'd meet us here." Maria explained.

"Well where could she have gone? She wouldn't bail on us. That's not like her she was controlling of this whole meet up anyway. Why bail on something you planned?" I asked.

"There's no one Saya would bail on us for." Billy agreed.

"Except for maybe one person. One person she takes orders from like no other." Marcus said.

We all looked at each other in realization when it struck.

"Lin." We all said in unison like we were frustrated with the idea of Saya not being a part of this.

"Well we can't wait for her forever. It's not like she's gonna show up. We should start." Petra said.

"You're right. Okay, let's go over this one more time so no one fucks it up." Marcus said.

"Hold on..." Lex said as he looked at me in an amused way.

"What now, shithead?" I sighed.

"What's that on your neck." He said as he rubbed his thumb over my neck.

Shit! The hickeys! Could you not have been more subtle, Arguello?

"It's nothing." I said as I slapped his hand off.

"Really? Because from the looks of it you lost your virginity last night. Was it some rando from the show, love? Did you tell your boyfriend about it?" Lex teased.

"Fuck off, would you? I didn't cheat on Marcus." I dismissed him.

He chuckled before looking over to Marcus. His smile got even fucking bigger. Shit! The hickeys I gave him!

"Oh, this is rich." He laughed.

"Lex, seriously not the time." Marcus tried to get him to stop.

"No, no. Emma gave us shit for this morning. It's only fair." Petra went along with Lex.

"Jesus Christ, we fucked! Do you want details or something?" I asked rudely.

I was honestly just frustrated because we had bigger things to worry about. On any other day I'd gladly brag about the fact that we did the deed. Have you seen him? My boyfriend is basically a Greek fucking god.

"Here I thought all that hitting the wall was you two wrestling." Maria chuckled.

Marcus and I rolled our eyes as the rest of our friends got some amusement out of this.

"Can you tease us about this tomorrow? Any other day but today maybe?" I asked rudely.

"Why do that when this is so much more fun?" Billy laughed.

I flicked all of them off with both hands. Hickeys were always such a dead giveaway.
