Waking up in an unfamiliar bedroom, with an arm draped over her waist, Nina currently is finding herself incredibly grateful she can tell without checking that she's decidedly fully clothed. What happened last night? She doesn't want to wake the man sleeping beside her, she'd feel bad about that, so she adjusts carefully, trying not to shake him up too much as she slips out from under his arm. She had a t shirt and sweats on, both decidedly far too big for her body.
Giving herself and her surroundings a once over, she sees "sle water polo" printed on her shirt... So that's one hint... The other, the framed pictures on his wall of himself with his team, but ah there we go... Family pictures. She wants to just about scream when she realizes. Did Nina really just sleep with EJ Caswell? Her friends were going to have a field day with this information...
She rationalizes that she's got all her clothes on, but then again these aren't her clothes, they're his... But given she has zero recollection of whether or not they actually had sex... she really really hopes they didn't. The bowl of leftover popcorn kernels on the night stand is also admittedly reassuring to her. Maybe they just fell asleep watching it. He probably let her stay over since she was too out of it to go back with her moms... Yeah. Yeah that would make sense.
But while she was fully clothed the young man fast asleep next to her was decidedly not. He was shirtless, and she had to admit, he had a really nice body... Nina focus- she reminds herself that the goal here wasn't too check him out, but to figure out what happened. She couldn't see anything below his abs with the blankets pulled up how they were, but she doesn't particularly want to lift the covers to check whether or not he's wearing pants just now.
So Nina just lays in his bed for now, still exhausted and with a headache, she grabs her phone off the nightstand before getting comfortable again. She decides to just say screw it and cuddle up to him. Unlike Ricky, she did keep her device on silent. It was always on silent. The girls groupchat messages are what she sees first, but she groans as she reads what it says.
