What I am seeing right now deserves a punch in the person's face.

I'm not kidding.

This just irritates me so much my left eye started twitching. I might be overreacting and stuff but I just can't stand this.

"CHASE! ALARIK!" I shouted, immediately hearing footsteps running to the kitchen.

I pointed to the bloody sink. "Who's fault is this?"

"I didn't do it!" Was Alarik's immediate answer.

I sighed," I know it's you Alar-"

"-It's me," Chase said, smiling that goddamn smile that could send me into puddles.

I so want to punch him right now.

"I'm so disappointed in you, being two hundred years old and shit," I joked, trying to hide that blush on my cheeks.

We have been living together for four days now. Alarik became like a little brother to me, he told me all his powers, what happened in the past and etcetera.

"We're going out to meet Sonia, Zavier and Klaus if you don't remember," I said, sitting down on the kitchen island," We're leaving at about 2pm."

"How could I forget?"

---

"HELLO SISSYYYYYYYY!" Klaus shouted as he tackled me to the ground.

"Did you just call me sissy?"

"Is there a problem with that?" Klaus raised his eyebrow but soon started laughing.

Such a weirdo.

I looked at Sonia then the linked hands with Zavier. A knowing smirk was plastered on my face.

I raised my eyebrow when Sonia's eyes were looking at me. She blushed and mouthed 'I'll tell you later'.

Looks like Zavier changed her a lot.

You can say Chase changed me a little too. More girly, I guess.

We settled down at a table in a cafe. Chase and Zavier went to order our food while Sonia told Klaus and I all the details.

You might be wondering, where is Alarik? Well, he told me he had to meet up with some girl with the name of Talia and I just let him go without a second thought.

"Okay, how did he asked you out?" Klaus said excitedly.

"Okay so..." I cut her off immediately, squinting at the dark shadow outside the cafe.

It was sending me bad vibes, a shiver ran down my spine as I looked at it longer.

"Alaysieh?" Klaus snapped his fingers in front of me and the shadow disappeared. I quickly turned my attention to the duo.

"Sorry-yeah?"

"What were you looking at?" He looked at me then to where I had been looking," There's nothing there."

"I thought I saw something..." I trailed off, twirling a lock of my hair.

"Okay as I was saying..."

I tuned out again.

---

"I can't eat anymore."

I had specifically told him not to order it and Chase decided to order it anyways.

That idiot.

"You're such an idiot," I said, twirling the spaghetti with a fork.

"But I'm your idiot," Chase said, smirking as he watched me suffer.

I knocked his head,"Not official yet, dumb."

Chase winced and rubbed his forehead," Whatever."

Suddenly, Klaus took in a deep breath and mumbled," Oh my God." Due to the previous events, I thought it was something bad and I turned around swiftly and threw the fork to the direction Klaus was staring at.

"No!" Klaus screamed and lunged forward, but too late the fork was already sent flying.

The fork hit someone's sleeve, pinning the person to the wall. My eyes met with the person's. A glimmer of mischief shone in his eyes as he watched the five of us.

"I wanted to make an unexpected visit," He said in his thick British accent," But it seems like you already realised." He ended with a finger pointing at me accusingly.

He grabbed the fork and threw it onto the ground, dusting off imaginary dust off his shirt.

"Who are you?" Sonia said suspiciously.

The guy shrugged," People call me Linus, but all you guys need to know is that I'm the older brother of one of your mate." His finger went to Klaus," And it's you."

At that moment, Klaus was sipping his coffee, and he spat out on his beef when he heard what Linus said.

Linus sighed," You see that girl over there?" He moved to a side and pointed behind him," That's my fifteen-year-old sister, Lilliane."

Behind him sat a timid-looking girl with dark curls and dark eyes. Looks just like Linus.

"She says you're her mate but she doesn't dare to talk to you. And since you're the man, go and talk to her."

"But... but..."

"Go on!"

Klaus looked at me helplessly and I returned the same look.

"Okay," Klaus placed his cup of coffee on the table and set off in the direction where Lilliane was sitting at.

Linus then turned his attention to the four of us," Looks like it's just left with you and me. Come on, let's know each other better."

He sat down on Klaus's place and drank a huge gulp of his coffee.

I don't like him.

I really don't.

But unfortunately I have to bear with him for my brother.

I guess this is what true siblings are for.

But no one says I couldn't kill him, right?
