"Alaysieh."

I heard someone saying my name faintly.

"Time to wake up, sis." I felt the bed dip beside me, due to someone's weight.

I heard a camera sound and my annoying brother say," Candid shot."

I rubbed my eyes and I yawned," Where are we supposed to go today?"

"We are meeting Lance, Kayla and Derrick at the bowling alley."

"Okay." I rolled off my bed by accident and Klaus laughed at me when I hit the ground.

"You evil piece of shit," I growled and glared at him, angry of him laughing at me and him taking the picture.

He put up both his hands as a form of surrendering and ran out of my room, knowing that he'll have to face my wrath if he doesn't.

Good dog.

I went into the bathroom and did my usual morning routine. I changed into a black sweater and gray high-cut studded shorts.

Walking into the kitchen, I grabbed a piece of bread and bit it. With the bread still hanging out, I slipped on my black converse and took some daggers from a drawer in the kitchen.

I ate the bread and went out of Alexa's apartment, only to see Silas, Sonia, Zavier, Alexa and Klaus waiting for me in the car.

"Took you long enough," Klaus commented.

I rolled my eyes as I sat down beside Sonia.

"Nice outfit," She said.

I smiled," Thanks."

"Hey guys!" Klaus exclaimed and waved excitedly once we saw Kayla and Derrick waiting for us at the bowling alley.

He acts like a seven-year-old.

I only had one question though.

Where's Lance?

As though he could read my mind, Zavier spoke up," Where's Lance?"

"I don't know. He didn't tell us anything. Maybe he's not coming today," Derrick said.

"Oh okay," I said softly and sat down beside Kayla.

"Hey, brighten up. We're going to have fun and we don't need any negative stuff to get in the way," Kayla patted my shoulder reassuringly and I smiled a little.

"Thanks."

"Strike," Klaus exclaimed and we high-fived.

It was his first strike, so he was really happy.

"Silas, your turn," Alexa called out from the front and Silas walked up.

He threw the bowling ball and knocked down eight pins.

"Nice," Sonia commented.

"Congratulations to Zavier for being the winner," Derrick announced and knelt down.

"Bow to the Bowling God," Derrick joked.

Everyone knelt down and tried to hide our smiles, but to no avail and soon all of us started laughing our heads off.

"Burgers or pizzas for lunch?"

"Pizza," Everyone agreed immediately.

"I win!" I smiled at Klaus smugly and he crumpled the napkin and threw it away in frustration.

All eight of us were in the car. Klaus and I got really bored so we started playing tic tac toe on a napkin with a pen Klaus found from Alexa's backpack.

"You're a cheater."

"How did I even chea-"

I couldn't complete my sentence before a very familiar scent hit me.

I looked out of the window, only to see an abandoned warehouse and a forest.

Why would his scent be here?

"Hey, Alexa?"

"Yes?"

"Can you please stop the car?"

"Erm okay."

The car came into a halt and I hopped off almost immediately. I jogged towards the warehouse and looked around.

Why would Lance's scent be here?
