"Alaysieh! Get up!" Suddenly, it felt like there was an earthquake.

"Okay okay okay I'm up," I sat up straight and yawned. I looked at panic strickened Silas sitting at the edge of the bed and asked curiously," What's wrong?"

He never comes to find me on a school day.

"Before I tell you, what's up with your eyes? They are of two different colors."

"It's no biggie. I'll tell you later. So what's wrong?"

"Death. Werewolf kingdom."

That was all it took for me to shoot up from bed and get ready to go the Werewolf kingdom.

---

"Who died?" I whispered to Silas as we crept through the woods.

I was in hunter gear, and the mask just in case someone saw me.

"I'm not sure. I couldn't really see his face," he said, still looking forward.

"Him?!" I panicked, clearly afraid that it was Klaus.

"Yeah," He nodded," I was taking a walk earlier this morning and smelt blood coming from here."

Just as he completed his sentence, he pushed away some leaves that are in our way.

His gaze was downwards and I followed his gaze.

Blood.

Blood everywhere.

My eyes widened as I saw the familiar jet black hair.

"You know what's the best thing in this situation?" Silas whispered," This is Chase's killing style."

My heart thumped incessantly as I slowly took everything in.

Chase killed Tyler.

"Why would he do this?" I mumbled out softly, so softly that Silas couldn't hear me.

Which is really surprising since Silas is a vampire.

"Oh my God!" I heard a familiar screeching and my head immediately turned to the right.

There stood pale faced Victoria, in a singlet and booty shorts.

She gasped and covered her mouth with both of her hands. I could see tears threatening to flow out.

Though she treated me like shit, I can't help but feel bad for her. I know how it feels to lose a mate.

"This is obviously her freaking fault!" She cried out," I'm going to make her pay!" Then, she stormed off back into the kingdom, leaving pieces Tyler's body on the grass.

I tilted my gaze upwards and saw lines of blood on the brick wall of the castle, leading towards a room.

What shocked me most was that the blood wrote:

KARMA IS A BITCH.

Chase.

Why oh why did you want to do that?

---

"I'm having some friends over to Alexa's house tomorrow to ya know, help you with the hybrid problem," Silas informed.

"Okay. Thanks."

"So whatcha gonna do now?" Silas asked as he cleaned off the blood stain on his cheek.

"I have to talk to Klaus," I replied, kicking the dead rabbit on the ground.

"Okay see you later then," He waved and ran off.

Sighing, I climbed up a tree, jumping from one to another in the direction of the Werewolf Kingdom.

I stopped immediately when I saw the castle. I looked around it, seeing id there was any trees that was close to Klaus's room.

I clicked my tongue when I saw an oak tree somewhere near his room. Climbing there, I grabbed the bow and arrow I got from Alexa from behind my back.

I aimed and shot the arrow, flying into his room. It landed right on top of his bed frame and he was lying down on his bed.

He sat up abruptly, clearly shocked by the arrow that flew into his room. He took the arrow and inspected it. Looking surprised, he found a note that i had written earlier on the arrow.

Klaus, it said, Meet me in the woods now -A

I hope he knows who 'A' is.

Furrowing his eyebrows, he went out of his room. Within three minutes, he was out of the castle and walking towards my direction.

I smiled when he walked below me.

"Klaus."

He looked up, surprised and shocked at the same time," Who are you?"

But soon enough, realization smacked him like a twenty pound sledge hammer," You're the Masked Assassin, aren't you?"

"Whoa whoa calm down, brother," I said as I sat down on the tree branch.

"Brother? What are you talking about? Unless..." His eyes widened in horror.

"Yeah, I'm Alaysieh. Nice to see you again," I smirked as I took off my mask.

"But... But you couldn't be a hunter, I mean you're-" "Shut it and let me tell you why I had to meet you today," I cut him off.

He nodded slowly and looked up at me.

I jumped down from the tree branch and walked to him. I tilted his chin so his eyes met my crazy ones.

I found out I had this power a few days ago. If someone looks into my eyes, I could let them see my memories, and I could see theirs too.

Klaus was still dazed after I shown him the day I met my parents in the Vampire Coven, all their explanation and stuff.

After a few seconds, he said firmly," I want to meet them."

"You really believe me?" I said curiously.

"Yeah, I mean why not? You have evidence and I have always been suspecting that I didn't belong in the royal werewolf's family. I didn't look like them at all," Klaus explained.

"Okay then," I smiled, locking my arms with Klaus's," Let's go see our parents."

Hearing that, a smile was plastered on his face too.
