Chapter 21

Today I decided to take a short cut to school, since my car is in the shop.

''I can't believe we have to walk'' Mikey started complaining

''Shut it. Maybe if you weren't so lazy, you could drive us all to school.'' I said rolling my eyes

He didnt say anything cause he knows im right. As we're walking, Luke breaks the silence.

''Isn't that Annabelle and her friend.'' Luke said pointing up ahead.

I dart my eyes to the direction he is pointing at and it is her. I'd reconize those curves anywhere. I smirk and run up behind her. I put my arms around instantly tensing her up. James looked at me and started laughing, causing her to loosen up.

''Guess who.'' I said smiling like a fool.

''Is it my handsome mysterious stranger from yesterday.'' She says in a teasing tone.

''Maybe.'' I whisper in her neck and kissing it. Her skin feels so soft against my lips.

She touches my hands around her waist and starts to wabble forward. I spin her around, looking into her beautiful eyes. I really like the green in them.

''Hi.'' She says embarrssingly looking down at the ground.

''Hey.'' I say leaning in having the strong urge to kiss her.

''What are you doing.'' She says moving her face.

''Trying to ki-'' I start to say before she gives my a teasing peck.

''Now you can stop waiting.'' She says interlocking our hands together.

''You call that a kiss.'' I say mocking her disapointedly.

''I call that teasing.'' She says smirking

''Keep it up and you'll regret it.'' I say jolting her in front of me.

She looks up and smirks. She pushes me further to her and yanks me down by my shirt, looking me in the eyes.

''Keep manhandling me and YOU'LL regret it.'' She seductivly whispers, making me want to moan.

''Keep it PG.'' James said rolling his eyes and the guys laughing.

We both turn to our friends and give them the death glare.

''Keep rolling those stupid eyes of your's and you won't have any.'' She say smaking him so hard his head jerked. She couldn't stop laughing.

''Goodluck.'' James said turning to me with a sincre face

I laugh, but I think he's serious. I shrug it off and open the campus doors.

''Ladies first.'' I say smirking

''Thank you.'' She says with a teasing bow.

Unfortunatly, we only have last period together. She turns to me and smiles.

''Well I guess I'll see you later.'' She says quickly giving me a hug and jogs to class.

I laugh and turn to the guys. They all smirk at me and walk away.

''What?'' I ask with authority catching up with them.

''You sure know how to pick 'em.'' Cal says chuckling

''Meaning?'' I ask waiting for his response.

''Sexy but tough and doesn't give a crap.'' Cal say making the guys nod.

''I remember her being a little shy when you first talked to her.'' Luke pointed out.

''Yeah. What ever happened to that. It's like she suddenly grew a pair overnight.'' Michael said shaking his head.

''Well I like it.'' I stated dazing at the empty hall

''Her pair?'' Luke innocently asked

I smaked him in the back of his head. Somethimes he could really be naive.

''No moron. I like how she doesnt give a crap to a certain extent.'' I say stopping in front of my first period class.

''Well this is me. See you guys at lunch.'' I say opening the door.

''Look who decided to show up. Is my class an inconveince for you?'' My dumbass teacher asked causing the whole class to look at me

'' Actually you can make your class a little more appealing. Then maybe, just maybe I'll show up on time.'' I say making the class laugh

''Class... quiet down.'' She says shushing the class

I have a seat and take out my physiology textbook and prepare for a nap

After four boring class, lunch finally arrived.

''What's for lunch?'' I ask the guys

''Pot-pie.'' They say excitedly.

I mentally roll my eyes and walk towards the lunch line. I grab a tray and some utensils. As I'm walking down the line, I grab two water bottle, a pot-pie, a fruit salad, and a bag of chips. I sit next to Luke  and start to cut my pot-pie. I take my first bit and someone sits next to me.

'' I didn't know we have lunch together.'' Annabelle stated taking a bite out of her chips

''Probably because I didn't notice you.'' I say before I can stop myself.

Luke elbows me, Cal throws popcorn at me, and Michael groans shaking his head.

''I'm sorry. I didn't mean it in a bad way.'' I say grabbing her hand

She snatches her hand away from me. She has this serious look on her face, as if she's going to rip my tongue out.

''Wow really. Now you're probably going to say you only noticed me because you want to have your way with me.'' She says moving over.

'' No. It's not like that. I swear.'' I say

Her face started to change. It started to twist in amusement. She suddenly started to laugh hysterically.

''You should see your face. Hilarious.'' She say moving closer to me. Is this chick bipolar

''I'm sorry but I'm not offended at all. It was a perfect opportunity to have a good laugh. Now I know you're not some stalker I need to worry about.'' She said pausing but continuing to laugh. She eventually calmed down.

'' Relax Ash. It's fine. I'm not crazy, I just have a sense of humor, something you need.'' She said kissing my cheek.

'' Anyway enjoy your lunch. James wants to have a serious discussion.'' She said getting up, waving with an amused smile

''That was different.'' Luke said eating another piece of his pot-pie

''What do you mean. She's every guy's dream girl. She's chill.'' Cal said in admiration

'' I guess you're right.'' I said eating my meal
