Season 3, Episode 3
The End of the Affair

"Welcome back to Chicago, Stefan."

Klaus told him as the car they were in halted to a stop.

Klaus opened his side of the door, before going to Estella's. He opened it for her and gave her his hand. She smiled, taking it and stepping out, Stefan coming out the other side at the same time. He looked around, shocked to be there again.

"What are we doing here?" Stefan asked as Klaus opened a door. They were standing in the middle of an abandoned warehouse, dust and grime could be seen all over.

"I know how much you loved it here. Bringing back memories of the good old ripper days." Klaus said, pushing Estella to go first.

"Blocked out most of them. A lot of blood, a lot of partying. The details are all a blur." Stefan said, looking around.

"Well, that is a crying shame. The details are what make it legend." Klaus said, him, Stefan, and Estella remembering a memory, all different in their own way.

"Word was the ripper of Monterrey got lonely, so he escaped to the city for comfort. It was prohibition. Everything was off-limits then, which made everything so much fun."

Stefan moaned as he fed off of a woman in his car. As he pulled away, he gasped, then wiped the blood off of his lips.

As Stefan came into the club, going to take a drink, a woman with beautiful blonde hair, took it before him.

"Ooh. Please. Help yourself." He said, walking towards her.

"Oh, I always do." She replied with an accent. Stefan hummed. "Careful, Mr. Salvatore." She walked closer to him, licking the side of his lips.

"You were still wearing your date." Another woman told from behind the blonde. She too had an accent but instead had black hair that went right over her shoulders. "Come on." She pulled the blonde away, but Stefan pulled her back.

"No, no, no. Who are you two?" He asked. They both looked at each other, then back at Stefan, holding their fingers up and shushing him, before leaving.

"Chicago was magical." Klaus came behind Stefan.

"Yeah, well, I'll take your word for it. Like I said, I don't remember most of it." He walked away from Klaus.

"Ready to get down to business, then?" Klaus questioned.

"Why am I still with you? We had our fun, your hybrids failed. I mean, don't you want to move on?" Stefan crossed his arms. Estella frowned lightly at hearing he wanted to leave. She knew he should feel that way but she still didn't like it.

"We're going to see Estella's favorite witch," Klaus told him.

"Yes! I'm so excited!" Estella squealed, jumping up and down. Stefan smiled slightly, before going back to his brooding.

"If anyone can help us with our hybrid problem,"  Klaus paused for dramatic effect, turning to face Stefan. "it's her."

Rebekah and Estella danced next to each other with two random men, smirking lightly. Estella wanted him to be her feast. The two women frowned when they heard loud laughs coming from a table, drowning out the music. Estella excused herself from her partner, going to the men.
