*3rd person's pov*

"I'll take Mason, Natasha, and Clint." Steve said as he grabbed his shield and hooked it to his back.

"All right. Strictly recon. I'll hit the Nexus. I'll join you as soon as I can." Tony says.

"If Ultron's really building a body-" Steve started to say.

"He'll be more powerful than any of us. Maybe all of us. Mason too." Tony says. "An android designed by a robot."

"You know, I really miss the days when the weirdest thing science ever created was me." Steve says and then sees Mason in her suit, talking to Laura. She thanked her for letting them in her home. Laura pulled her into a hug.

"I'll drop Banner off at the tower. You mind if I borrow Ms. Hill?" Fury asks as he puts on his coat.

"She's all yours. Apparently." Tony says.

"What are you gonna do?" Steve asks.

"I don't know. Something dramatic, I hope." Fury said and then left with Bruce. Tony leaves as well and Steve, Mason, Nat, and Clint take off to Korea.

*Masons pov*

Clint dropped off Steve and I a few blocks away from U-Gin Genetics Research Lab.

"Two minutes. Stay close." Steve says and we headed to the Lab. We ran in to see it in ruins. We saw Dr Cho. "Dr Cho!" We ran to her. We kneeled beside her and I started to heal her.

"He's uploading himself into the body." Helen said.

"Where?" Steve asked.

"The real power is inside the Cradle. The gem, its power is uncontainable." She told us. "You can't just blow it up. You have to get the Cradle to Stark."

"First we have to find it." I finished healing her.

"Go." She said. We headed out. "Did you guys copy that?"

"We did." Clint said.

"I got a private jet taking off across town. No manifest. That could be him." Nat said.

"There. It's a truck from the lab." Clint said. "Right above you, Cap, Mason. On the loop by the bridge. It's them. You got three with the Cradle, one in the cab. I could take out the driver."

"Negative. That truck crashes, the gem could level the city." Steve says and we made it to the bridge.

"And I'm not sure I can contain it." I said. "We need to draw out Ultron." All of the sudden Steve jumped off of the bridge. I quickly ran to the edge to see that he landed on top of the truck. "I swear, you will be the death of me, Soldier Boy." I flew after him.

"Leave me alone!" Ultron yelled as he shot at the door. The door opened and I blocked the shot with my cuffs. He shot again, this time making Steve lift in the air and fell back down on the broken door.

"Well, he's definitely unhappy." Steve says. "I'm gonna try and keep him that way."

"You're not a match for him, Cap." Clint says.

"Thanks, Barton." Ultron sends a sonic wave at Steve making him fly into the car behind him. I shot at Ultron and He chased after me. Steve climbed back onto the truck. I tried to fly away so he could get away from the truck, but he grabbed my left leg and threw me onto the roof of the truck where Steve is.

"You know what's in that cradle?" Ultron asks and sends a blast at us that Steve blocked with his shield. "The power to make real change. And that terrifies you."
