Luz flew through the air at a rapid speed before she spun her finger around and blasted a beam of light at The Golden Guard.

Golden Guard quickly hopped off his staff, grabbing it as he dropped through the sky, and then used it to levitate himself as he landed.

Luz realized he landed on the top of a waterfall and then landed shortly afterwards, spinning around her staff.

Golden Guard grinned. "So, this seems like the perfect place for a final battle, eh?"

"I couldn't agree more." Luz said.

Golden Guard powered his staff. "Only ONE of us will walk out of this."

"And that person isn't you!" Luz said before she charged and swung her staff against his, the two mystical weapons clashing.

Golden Guard pulled back and then lifted the grass, dirt, and stone with his staff, turning them into spikes and firing them at Luz.

Luz quickly used an Abomination as a shield and then charged again, rapidly swinging and spinning around her staff to strike The Golden Guard.

But Golden Guard eventually broke their clash again and front flipped over Luz and swung his staff again, but Luz blocked it by swinging the staff behind her.

Luz then spun around and started to swing again, blasting a combo of fire and light.

Golden Guard quickly dodged the beam and then fired a lightning spell from his staff.

Luz spun around her staff, forming another spell circle and creating a wall of stone to deflect it.

Golden Guard then smashed the wall with a beam of red light and swung his staff again, hitting Luz in the face and sending her near the edge of the waterfall, already in the stream.

Luz felt herself begin to drift off towards the edge, but she quickly flew out and then hopped next to Golden Guard, swinging her staff at him again. "You're gonna have to do better than that!"

"I'm just getting started!" Golden Guard said as he suddenly spun his own staff around in a circle and summoned a small swarm of red energy, which he fired at Luz.

Luz backflipped across the stream, dodging it as she landed on the other side.

Golden Guard cackled as he stepped into the stream, but the waters weren't strong enough to pull them down to the bottom of the waterfall.

Luz narrowed her eyes as she too stepped into the stream.

"As boring as honorable jousts can be? I can agree that the best way to go out is to fight to the glorious end." Golden Guard said.

Luz gripped her staff. "What are you and Belos plotting?"

"And why would I tell you that?" Golden Guard grinned. "You'll find out soon enough."

Luz's eyes then glowed gold. "Then I might as well finish you."

Golden Guard's eyes glowed red. "Oh, I'm looking forward to seeing how."

Luz then threw her staff into the air and it levitated behind her. Then? A silver sword summoned out of pure light. It fell, but Luz caught it and then pointed it at Golden Guard.

Golden Guard cackled. "Oh! You wanna go out in a sword fight? Well, be my guest." He threw his staff into the air and it also levitated behind him. But instead of creating one sword, it created two golden cutlasses.

Luz tightened her grip around her sword. "A little unfair, don't you think?"

Golden Guard gripped the two golden blades. "Nah. Unfair is just another word for more fun."
