"Bye." I kissed Justin on the cheek as I rocked Mila. "I'll see you." He kissed my forehead before leaving. He was going to work and then going to try on suits with his groomsmen later. I gently laid Mila in her crib and put her headband with her hearing aids on her dresser. I closed her door and went to Marlowe's room. She was laying on the floor with her iPad.
"Marlowe." I called and she looked up at me. "Ready for to get ready?" I asked and she nodded, getting up. I went to her dresser and grabbed a white t-shirt with rainbows all over it and blue jeans. She got herself ready and I brushed her hair, putting it up into a ponytail. She grabbed her iPad before going downstairs.
"More." I signed at Mila as I stirred her puréed green beans. She tapped her hands together and I smiled before feeding her more. "Yay!" I cheered and applauded. She smacked her high chair tray as I fed her more. When she finished, I cleaned her up and picked her up, putting her on the floor. I cleaned up the dishes before marinating some chicken for dinner.
The front door opened and I heard footsteps running to it. "Hey!" I heard Justin smile. I walked from the dining room to see Justin holding Marlowe and Mila.
"How was work?" I smiled as he kissed me. "Good." I nodded and grabbed Mila from him. "Well dinners done if you're ready." I said as we walked to the table. I put Mila in her high chair and gave her some cut up chicken and green beans. We all sat down and started eating.
I sat on the floor while Marlowe and Mila played. Mila was laying on her stomach when she got up on her hands and knees. "Are you trying to crawl?" I asked and she looked up at me before inching towards me.
"Justin!" I yelled and he went to me. "What... Mila, are you crawling?" He asked and she smiled widely before crawling to me. "Good job baby!" I picked her up and kissed her all over her face.
