"Someone's birthday is tomorrow." My mom smiled as we sat outside. "Oh yeah." I chuckled. Tomorrow I'm going to be turning 23; being a mom, I forget that I'm still a person too. "What are you going to do?" She asked and I shrugged.

"Probably do something with the girls and Justin." I looked under the thin mint green blanket on my chest to see Mila sleeping. She nodded.

"How about we get our nails done. It's been a while since you treated yourself." She said. "I would like that." I looked over at Justin.

"Babe, if you want to treat yourself go ahead. I can watch the girls." He smiled before kissing my cheek.

"That sounds like a great idea mom." I smiled at her. When my dad finished dinner, we all fixed our plates and started eating. I watched as Marlowe excitedly sign to Mackenzie.

"How's college going?" I asked Madison. Her and her twin were freshmen at the same university; Madison is studying sports management and Mackenzie is studying music.

"Good, lots of studying." She chuckled and I nodded. "I understand." I smiled. I felt someone tap on my arm and I looked at Marlowe. "What's wrong?" I asked her. "Mackenzie said that she can teach me the piano!" She smiled.

"Really?" I smiled back and looked over at my sister. Mackenzie has always been really good at music from a young age. She started learning how to play the piano at age 5 and has been writing music.

"I don't mind teaching her." She said and I nodded. After we finished dinner, I followed Mackenzie and Marlowe to her room and sat on the bed. Mackenzie sat at her piano bench and Marlowe sat beside her. She turned to look at me.

"Mommy, do you know how to play piano?" Marlowe asked. "A little." I answered and she smiled excitedly. "Show me!" She stood up. I got up and sat beside my sister, putting a hand on her shoulder. She nodded and we both started to play.
