"Hey!" I smiled as I hugged my bridesmaids: Jennifer, Cameron, Mackenzie, and Madison, and my mom. We are going to be trying on our dresses today. "Look at how big you are." Jennifer smiled at Marlowe. Marlowe smiled back and hugged her. The worker took us to the back and got us all settled.
"Who's trying their dress on first?" She asked. "Let's do the girls." I smiled at Mila and Marlowe. Mackenzie, Mila, and Marlowe went with the attendant to the dressing room. Mila and Marlowe are both flower girls at the wedding.
After a few minutes, they all walked out and I immediately began to tear up. The girls both had on white knee-length dresses with lacy flowers all over it. Mackenzie had on what the bridesmaids are wearing which was a long dusty blue chiffon dress with a plunging v neckline and fluttery sleeves.
"You guys look beautiful." I smiled, standing up. "You should try yours on." Mom said and I nodded before following the attendant. I could hear everyone gushing over how amazing everyone looked as I put on my dress. I bit my bottom lip as I stared at myself in the mirror. I am wearing a mermaid illusion dress with flowers all over it. I held up my dress before following her out.
"Oh Emerson!" My mom gasped as I stood with Marlowe, Mackenzie, and Mila. I started crying and I felt Mackenzie hug me. "You look amazing!" She signed and I wiped away my tears. I can't believe I'm getting so much closer to marrying the love of my life. I have been waiting for this day since we started dating. We have been through so much and I can't wait to forever be his.
After trying on our dresses, we went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse. I covered myself with Mila's blanket as I fed her. We first ordered our appetizers and then our meals. "Em." I heard Cameron say and I looked over at her. "When are we going to have a bachelorette party?" She smirked and I blushed. "Soon."
