Langa screams, it's hoarse and nowhere near as loud as he wanted.
A scream if you could call it that.
It does the job though, something in Reki seems to have snapped and the people around Langa seem to understand.
"Is that his name or,"
"I mean maybe I'm not sure," whispers start but are cut off by someone chanting hesitantly.
"Reki, Reki, Reki" a voice in the crowd starts
A couple more around them join in.
The voices then continue to grow.
Reki snapped back into reality when just Langa yelled but now he's trying to piece it all together.
So he kinda died, then met god, then undied or whatever.
And then won the skateboard beef against god?
And now he's on the ground, with his skateboard beside of him. With a crowd cheering his name
His name?
Oh so that means.
Since he won and all that.
He looks back at Adam, behind him.
"REKI, THE NEW KING OF S" A voice declares
The crowd erupts into whoops, hollers, and another chanting of "king Reki"
He stands up.
He see's Langa flinch but pays him no mind.
He twirls on his heel to face Adam, still sat on the ground after putting two and two together.
He must have taken off his mask at some point because Reki snaps it under his shoe taking a step forward.
He hears a familiar voice join the crowd of people chanting "king Reki"
The voice is louder than the rest, he can pick them out but can't remember who it belongs to.
He doesn't want to.
"You lost." Reki says with a smile, mask crunching under his heel.
He faces the crowd by the finish line and throws his arms up awaiting the crowds eruption.
He could get used to this.

okay lil explanation for this one, Rekis pretty much been assigned a royal persona to replace Adam. You can imagine he gets a cool makeover or you can not idc? Also it's not really Reki rn, I'll explain it in another chapter I've got big stuff planned.
The familiar voice chanting was Cherry because I wanted him to just go ham with toxic reki. I literally have written as a plot point "cherry: YOURE DOING GREAT SWEETIE"
