It's been 2 days since I've recovered from what happened a week ago. It was really unexpected and yet I'm surprised I'm ok, thanks to Monika. I don't know what would of happen if she didn't do anything. I stayed in bed for 2 days just in case. Sayori was there taking care of me.

She talked to me about how she's aware now and how weird it is to think about it all. Still, it's crazy to think about how me out of everyone got chosen into being here. Maybe I do have some kind of special power..?

I was also able to get my decorations done for the clubroom but I still need to set them up. I get up from my desk and grab my phone, decorations and poem I'll be reciting for the festival. I put them in my bag and head downstairs to the door.

"Wait for me Mike!" I hear from upstairs. I look to see Natsuki come down the stairs to the door as well. I smile at her and she smiles back. I open the door to see Sayori waiting for us.

"Hey guys! Are you ready?" Sayori asks. We nod and make our way to school. On the way there, me and Sayori held hands. Natsuki didn't really seem to care either. Wow, I never thought someone like me can be so lucky to have a girlfriend, and be in a game at the same time!

We arrive to school and went our separate ways to our classes. As time passed by it was time for the literature club. I quickly leave the class and go inside the clubroom.

"Welcome back Mike! Make sure you set up your side of the room for the festival!" Monika said giving me a smile with a excited expression.

"Alright!" I answer as I look around the room to see everyone else side. It looks so colorful, and kind of noticeable of whose side it is. Everyone here is so creative. Natsuki and Yuri wave at me. I wave back with a smile. I head over to my side and start to set things up.

Half way through, I feel someone jump on my back.

"Ah!" I yell as I jump a little. I look over my shoulder to see Sayori.

"Oh, it's you. Don't scare me like that!" I say a bit embarrassed.

"I'm sorry, I just couldn't help it!" Sayori responds smiling at me. I couldn't get mad at her even if I wanted too.

"Can I help you?" She asks.

"Sure, I don't mind." I answer. While helping, I would catch Sayori glancing at me blushing. I'm not sure why, but I hope there's no problem.

"Ah, all done." I say as we step back to look at my side. I put some yellow lights and video games that I really like. I also put some other stuff that I love as well.

"Thanks for the help, Sayori." I say to her.

"No problem, Mikey." She says as she walked over to Monika. I blush and feel sad a bit since my mother called me that when I was younger. I miss her a lot.. I recapture myself and sit down at a desk waiting until the festival started.

Time passes and the door opens having about 12 people enter. I see Sayori stand by Monika, then Yuri and Natsuki sit by me. I look around to see everyone looking at the sides and talking about them.

"Well, it does look like they are enjoying it." I say. Yuri and Natsuki nods. While the people were looking around, Monika then announces.

"Alright everyone, have a seat!" Monika says. The people here sat down at a seat and all whispered to each other.

"Is that Monika?"

"Yeah dude! I haven't seen her since last year in the debate club." I hear someone say.

"I hope you enjoyed our showcase to showing what we are like. Now, to introduce the current members of the Literature Club!" Monika announces. Me, Natsuki, and Yuri stand beside Sayori and Monika in the front of the class.

I look over to see Yuri looking a bit nervous.

"Hey, you'll be ok. If anything happens we got your back." I whisper to her. Yuri nods hesitantly.

"I'm Monika! I'm president of the club!" Monika says.

"This is Sayori, the vice president!" She says as Sayori waves.

"And the rest are Yuri, Natsuki, and Mike!" Monika announces. I see a group in the back looking at Yuri laughing and talking quietly. I start to get a bit mad. She doesn't deserve to be treated differently anymore. I've heard people saying she's a outcast, but that's not true at all.

I decide to keep a eye on them for now.

"Today we'll be reciting poems! If some of you want to try too, you can after we do." Monika says.

"First is me!" She announces.

Me and the rest stand to the side. Monika gets her poem and starts performing. She talked in ease and didn't really make any mistakes. That's Monika for you, seems so perfect but yet she has her own flaws and problems herself.

Everyone applaud and Monika bows as Sayori makes her stand on the stage. She says her poem well, and it sounds very sad and happy at the same time. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if someone knew her as a cheery person hearing this poem. She hides her true feelings away, because she wants to make others happy instead.

Everyone gives her the same treatment then Yuri comes on the stage. She looks ahead then down at her poem. It looks like she's nervous. Yuri takes a deep breath then started reciting. She takes it slow at first, but then read at normal pace. It seems like she gets into it the more she is focused. Other than that, she did a good job.

The group that was laughing at her before looked shocked. Maybe at her performance? Everyone including the group applaud. Yuri smiles and quickly moved to the side by me.

"You did good, Yuri!" I whisper to her. She nods and slightly blushes. Second to last, Natsuki moves up to the stage. She clears her throat and started her poem. Natsuki gives off a cute vibe when saying the poem. She really is cute, I don't know why she denies it. Well, she is a tsundere..

Natsuki gets her applaud also got a whistle as well. Me and the others giggle at the whistle. She got off stage and blushes. Finally, it's me. I step on the stage and look towards the crowd. I begin to imagine them in underwear and let out a laugh under my breath. I begin with my poem. I keep it to a normal pace and stayed calm. I make a few mistakes but that's ok.

I finish and I get my applaud. I sigh in relief then step aside. Sayori kisses my cheek.

"Good job, Mikey." Sayori whispers in my ear. I blush a bit and smile.

"Y-You too.." I respond to her. Monika then announced about cupcakes and tea everyone can have. We all had our share of a cupcake and tea. There were plenty of cupcakes and tea for everyone. Everyone chatted and looked like they enjoyed themselves.
I even saw a few people talking to Yuri now.

After, some of the people left with the club form and the club's event has ended. Monika looks at me with a serious face then I look back at her.

"It's time to go now." She says to me. From what she said, I'm guessing it's time to leave this game once and for all.
