We don't even know what the ideal body looks like at this point. Because of how the "ideal body" has been depicted, women have struggled for years to look a specific way. Nonetheless, any physical type is subjected to criticism.
If someone is slim, people will call them different slurrs and say they are too thin. If someone is not thin , they'll be told awful things too. Even when it is something  beyond their control. So is it in between? Or what is it ?
You will never satisfy someone with the way your body looks, therefore the greatest thing you can do is learn to appreciate it, and no one can ever make you feel bad if you think your body is beautiful.
Every mark on your body distinguishes you. You should never despise your skin because of a birthmark or a beauty mark. Worst of all, to despise yourself for having cellulite and stretch marks, which are completely normal.
These are natural, and every woman has them at some point in her life. Some people will embrace them, while others will reject them. It is, nonetheless, present. It may be more evident in certain people than in others, but it is there. And how ironic that those who criticize women's bodies are themselves women.
Women have been victimized far too often by their male counterparts, but now by their own female counterparts? It's never because your body is not good enough; sometimes it's simply because they want to put another woman down to make themselves feel better, which is absolutely awful. Such a depressing truth.
Confidence is undervalued in this generation, and those who are confident are often chastised for loving themselves. What is the best way to win? Is it even possible to win?
