"Hey"
"Hi"
---
It was already Easter, Jimin spent the day home with his mom, calling the others to see what they were up to. He wasn't surprised when they all spend the holiday with their families as well. Speaking of surprises, Taehyung was extra happy that day because Jungkook showed up to his house with his parents. He had to act as if he didn't know the other was coming and honestly, he would rather have not been told in the first place.
He stressed the whole day about his meeting with Jungkook. The other said he would see him and that he expects a better explanation of what made Jimin so off lately, but the shorter could only dread that moment. Was he just supposed to confess his feelings out of the blue? Should he allow himself the chance to ruin this friendship they had?
"Jimin, I think Jungkook is parked outside our house!" his mom called from the kitchen and he felt his heart skip a beat. Physically, he was ready. He didn't know exactly when the other would come so he made sure to get ready as early as possible just in case; he wore a black and white striped long sleeve with a black t-shirt on top, black jeans and black combat boots.
On the other hand, mentally, he was a wreck.
He huffed out a long breath as he looked at himself in the mirror one last time, before giving himself a pat on the back and walking out the front door. There was the car, and the subject of all his worries and confusions sitting in it.

"How are you?" Jungkook asked and he awkwardly shifted.
"Good... I guess. How about you?" Jimin asked in return. The tension in the air was almost visible and neither of them liked it but they couldn't help it either.
"I'm good too" The taller quickly turned the volume of the radio up just to avoid any more small talk. At least until they reach their destination.
Jungkook took them to his secret spot again. He was sure they needed peace and quiet if they were to talk things out. It would be a lie if Jungkook said he had no idea what they would tell each other. He's had his doubts about something specific during the past couple months, and so he really hopes this conversation doesn't go south.
They walked together to the covered platform and put their chairs next to one another. They were right on time, the sun was dying and it reflected beautifully on the green trees and freshly blossomed flowers. Jungkook seemed to have thought the same because they were both too engrossed in the scenery to say anything. Or so he thought.
"I'm sorry, for leaving like that" Jungkook started. He didn't know if Jimin was expecting an apology or something, so he just decided to go for it. "It was really inconsiderate of me... I did want to take my distances just to come back strong again, you know? But I guess I was wrong to ignore you totally" he said.
Jimin tore his eyes off the bright orange in the horizon and turned to finally lay his gaze on the man he missed so much. He would love nothing more than to wrap his arms around him at that moment. But he didn't.
Jimin decided he was going to lie about his feelings. He won't tell Jungkook the truth because he simply couldn't take it if their relationship really broke because of that.
"Thanks" he replied. Should he still be mad? Should he be happy that other was realizing his mistakes and apologizing?
"Thanks?" Jungkook asked with an eyebrow raised "Seriously what's up with you?" he chuckled. The sky was getting darker, it was now deep blue so the taller couldn't see very well unless he leaned a bit closer.
