Season 6 Ep 6-8

"Family meeting." Echo scoffed, "Where is Bellamy?

"Why, is something wrong?" Clarke questioned.

I sighed, "I told them about what we saw."

"Did you make it sound much worse than it really is??" Murphy pushed back.

Raven shook her head, "They're murderers... body snatchers."

"We need to go, Now." Echo.

"We can't go anywhere. We need to stay and learn as much about them as we possibly can." Clarke spoke, "Plus, where are we going to go?"

I brushed my hands through my hair, "Unfortunately, Clarke is right. We start to panic now... not only do we lose the safe haven we have... but they could take Madi and Clarke."

"I'm still working on the shield." Raven sighed.

I smirked and took ahold of her hand, "We know you are. But, until then we NEED to play it safe and we need to stick together. Bellamy would agree if he was here."

"He went out on a forging mission." Clarke added.

Echo questioned her, "You let him go alone?"

"Look, Bell can handle himself... okay? We need to figure out something to do in the meantime." I sighed.

"I'm going after Bellamy. He shouldn't have gone alone." Echo shrugged, leaving the table.

"I'm gonna go work with fellow body snatcher, Ryker and try to figure out this reactor." Raven scoffed, placing a quick kiss on my head before leaving.

Amori smiled, "I will go with her so she doesn't start a war."

I sighed, "Guess that leaves me to go do... what?"

"You'll figure something out... you're useful. You always have been." Clarke smiled.

I gave her a confused look and sent it to Murphy as well. If I was useful why would she have left me out more than once? Something was off here... or maybe this was her trying to have a new start like we both desperately want to have, especially between us. I just gave a half smile and made my way out.

"What the hell does she need you to go to the mothership for?" I scoffed, following Raven.

"I don't know, okay? Something about Kane. Are you going with me or not?"

I was taken back... she had been so cold and cut off lately. "Do you want me to go with you?"

She sighed, "I know I have been a bitch, okay? I just... I am scared as hell of us dying here. Or becoming one of them. Or losing more parts of ourselves just to survive... I guess I need to keep you on a short leash a little bit?"

I smirked and nodded, "Short leash will help you?"

"Are you coming or not." She smirked and rolled her eyes. "Your mother will be there, too. Could do some mending!!"

I sighed and let out a long exhale. I glanced over and saw my mom and Lady Lightbourne get onto the ship. I turned back to Raven who watched me with her arms crossed.

"Let's go."

Raven and I watched as the new body of Kane said goodbye to his family. It was sweet, yet, heartbreaking all in one. He had no idea that he was going to be killed. This was wrong. I clenched my jaw and kept my mouth shut long enough. I joined my mother in the lab.

"We need to talk, alone."

Abby nodded and asked the others to leave. For awhile, she couldn't even look up from her hands to look at me. I only got quick glances.

"You know this is wrong. Kane would NOT be okay with this. Even if he was... how are YOU okay with this!? What happened to doing better?" I scoffed.

"This is Becca's serum. I show them how to make nightblood and they help me save Marcus."

"By murdering someone!" I shouted.

I heard the door open and turned to see the Prime and Gavin enter the room. "It isn't murder, Aiden. He wants this."

"More than anything." Gavin smiled, "You are giving me such a gift."

I squinted my eyes at my mom, "Look at him. It is the least you can do... LOOK at him!!"

Before Abby could do or say anything, Gavin was injected with the first portion of the process. His body fell limp and I had to catch his head before it hit the ground while the Prime lifted his lower half onto the table.

I shook my head as I left, "So much for doing better."

Raven and I sat in silence together, just embracing one another. Her back was against my chest, and I just held her tightly in my arms. No words were spoken. We just held one another and left it at that. Until there was a knock on the door that ended the moment. 

I rose first and headed to the door, already knowing who would be behind it. I let out a breath as Abby appeared behind the open door.

"What do you want?" Raven scoffed.

"If you lost Aiden, and there was a way to bring her back, would you do it?" Abby asked Raven.

I shook my head, "She wouldn't if it meant killing someone innocent."

"I didn't come here to debate this." Abby stated.

"So why did you come here then?" I pushed.

Raven let out a fake laugh, "She needs me to do a space walk. That's the only way it will work... it has to be done in Zero G."

Abby nodded, "I am doing this with or without you. With you would be a lot easier..."

"Well, you can forget it. I'm not helping you do this. Make sure you get a good view when you die..." Raven scoffed.

Abby didn't say another word... she just left. I couldn't help but feel conflicted with the situation. My mother was doing the wrong thing. She knows that. Yet, she is still willing to go through with it anyway. Now, she is heading to go walk in space... which she does not have any knowledge of. Raven must have read my mind, because she quickly took hold of my hands.

"Are you okay?"

I swallowed hard and clenched my jaw, "That might have been our last conversation... and what about Clarke? None of this should be happening... I guess we can be orphan's together."

She shook her head and took ahold of my face, "You are NOT going to be alone in this, okay? Not even close."

"My mom is on the way to her death, Raven."

"No... no she's not." She shook her head again and headed to the door.

"Where are you going?"

She sighed, "I couldn't save my mom... but I can still save yours."
