Chapter 28

Two hours had already passed, but still Violet hasn't arrived home. Everyone is beginning to worry of her whereabouts. They took turns in calling her but she's not answering. Jungkook is starting to panic.

Jungkook: "Why isn't she answering her phone?! C'mon Vi. Pick up your phone!" He said while walking in both ways uneasy..

Jimin: "H-hey gguk.. Calm down for a bit, maybe she's just stuck in a traffic.."

Jennie: "..or maybe she's out of bat.. Let's just wait for a little bit more, okay?"

Namjoon: "Jen, did you tried calling her workplace?" He asked Jennie.

Jennie: "Ye oppa.. They said she already left the place as soon as she finished her shift." She answered.

Yoongi: "Something's not right.." He suddenly uttered.

Jungkook stopped and looked at his direction, looking so nervous and worried at the same time.

Hoseok: "What do you mean, Yoongi-ah?"

Yoongi: "This is her first time to be all by herself again, right? W-what if.. that man is just waiting for this chance? What if--" He was been cut by Jungkook.

Jungkook: "NO! It can't be! What the fuck are you saying, hyung?!" He suddenly belted out.

His friends were left shocked with Jungkook's sudden reaction. They are trying to calm him down.

Yoongi: "Ya, what I'm saying is just what if--" He was been cut again.

Jungkook: "STOP IT, HYUNG! You are not helping at all!" He shouted at him.

Jin: "Ya! Jungkook! Watch your mouth! You're loosing your manners here.. Yoongi is just trying to state facts.." He rebuked him.

Jungkook suddenly realized what he did. And so he sat down and lowered his head, trying to calm himself down and asked for an apology..

Jungkook: "M-mianhae Yoongi hyung.. I'm sorry guys.. It's just.. I'm so damn worried for Violet.. What time is it already, and she's still not home.. I don't want to think that what Yoongi hyung is thinking is true.. I don't know what to do if something bad will happen to her again.." he emotionally stated.

Jimin and Taehyung comforted him by sitting next to him and slowly tapping his shoulders.

Taehyung: "Gguk, nothing bad will happen to Violet okay? She's on her way.. Just calm down."

Jungkook didn't replied but buried his face on his palm, when suddenly his phone buzzed.

He quickly took it and see who's calling.. As soon as he saw the caller, he immediately answered it.

         Jungkook: "Baby, where are you? It's already late at night.. We are so worr---" He was                                        suddenly been cut by the caller.

         Duke: "Don't worry about her, dude.. She's with me.. You know that I will not let her                               be  in danger, right?"

         Jungkook was left dumb and shocked. It felt like his breathing had stopped..

        Jungkook: "W-what the hell did you do to her?? Where is Violet?? I swear to God, if you                                    hurt her even just a strand of her hair, I'm going to kill you!!"

       Duke: "Ohhh.. so scary.. I told you, I will not put her in danger, right? Want to see how                             she is?"

       Jungkook: "You asshole! You yourself is already the danger! Tell me where she is right                                      now?!"

The line suddenly got silent. Until Jungkook received a text message from him.

As he opened the message, he was trembling.. It was a picture of Violet tied on a chair looking so helpless and lifeless. Blood is all over her face and body.

          Duke: "Did you see the picture? By the way, she's home.."

         Jungkook: "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO HER?? YOU SON OF A BITCH! WAIT 'TIL I                                           COME THERE, I WILL REALLY KILL YOU, YOU PSYCHO!!!"

Duke immediately turned off the call.

Jungkook is raging with madness and at the same time very worried and eager to reach where Violet is.

He quickly stood up from his seat and headed outside the house.

Jimin: "Jungkook! Where are you going?! Jungkook!!" He shouted..

But Jungkook did not wasted any second and left without informing the others of what is happening. As soon as he get out of the house, he took the car key from their driver and maneuver the car himself.

Everyone is very worried and at the same time panicking. They all decided to follow where Jungkook is heading.
