-Your POV-
'Im fine. Now get away from me.' I read from Loki's lips as Thor tries to check his temperature again.
I toss a small crumpled up piece of paper at Thor, and he turns to face me [I took his temperature an hour ago, hes back to normal.] I tell him, and Loki relaxes [But he said that he wants a hug from you. Becuase he felt bad about throwing a dagger at you.]
Loki scowled at me, trying to push Thor away from him as he practically scooped him up off the couch and cradled him. It was cute. Until Loki stabbed him.
I jump up, as Thor doesn't react, and try to take the dagger from Loki, who, magics it away again. After Thor finally sets him down, he inspects the now bleeding wound, and then went to go get patched up a bit.
I huff, crossing my arms as I look over Loki. He walks closer, pulling my hands from under my arms "Your actions have consequences Darling." He mentally says to me, kissing my knuckles "Perhaps next time you dont give him reason to be all...huggy...and I dont stab him." He continues with a smirk.
I pull my hand away, turning to the side a bit [Apology not accepted.] I sign, turning just a tiny bit to face him as I do so.
His hand settles on my lower back, the feeling sending tingles up my spine "Well good, becuase I'm not apologizing." Im not looking at him, and I can tell he's smirking.
Loki stiffens a bit, and one of his hands press to the side of my face, blocking me from turning to see who ever was behind me. I look up at Loki, frustrated, but I dont protest as I see his expression. His jaw is clenched, and forced to lay expressionless.
I try to turn to see who is there, but am held still "Not the time Darling. You dont want to read this conversation." Loki tells me quickly, pulling me under his chin so he can talk without me trying to sound out his words.
I hit his sides gently, not enough to hurt, but enough to show my protest. Eventually he probably starts to get some light bruising, and some sound rumbles through him. I look up nervously, scared I actually hurt him. He meets my gaze, huffing "Fine. You can read the conversation. Just stop hitting me." He tells me as he loosens his grip.
I turn and see, unfortunately, the man with an eye patch that was technically my boss. I reach out to grab Loki's sleeve, tugging on it [He's been here the whole time?] I ask frantically.
"Yes. You weren't nessicarily a topic in our conversation, so there was no need for you to read it." He says casually, and I glance between him and Fury, who was waiting impatiently.
[He's my boss!] I sign quickly [And what does he need with you anyways!]
Loki sighs, rolling his eyes "He wanted to 'check up' on me in a way. Make sure I haven't killed anyone, or put them under mind control."
I massage my temples gently, trying to think through what to do. I turn briefly to Fury, intending to sign, before turning back to Loki again. [Translate for me.]
He nods, standing more at my side [Im sorry for not greeting you properly. Loki insisted that I was not needed in the conversation, and kept me from reading it.] I wait until Loki finished relaying to Fury, watching his lips to make sure he wasn't changing anything.
Gods those lips look suprisingly good.
Dammit. Dumb thoughts.
Fury seems to have said something, and I look up to Loki for him to tell me [Sorry, I spaced out a bit] I tell him as he quirks an eyebrow
"He said he didn't care for our...pda he said, which I dont know what that stands for." My face flushed a bit "And he also said that he did want to talk to you after, but since you are present and here, he might as well talk to you too."
I nod a bit, trying to calm my flushed face [He can go ahead. You'll just have to translate for us both.]
Loki summerized that since he found out Loki had been getting closer yo me, he was going to be placed under more supervision. And later said that someone was going to be a body guard for me. This was definitely a conversation I should jave been a part of. But perhaps it wasn't going to go this way originally.
[I dont think that is needed. I can assure that I am not under any kind of mind control.] I say, glaring slightly. I might have a huge fucking crush on him, but it was all my fault for that.
"He says that he doesn't care what you think about the matter, because its happening." Loki relays, a sad expression on his face as I meet his gaze.
Its frustrating, yes. But I know I cant do anything to change his mind. Fury was, and is, a stubborn bastard. Even against the council, his resolve to have things done how he liked shone through.
[Just..] I pause to make sure Loki is 'listening' [Tell him that I understand, but I am upset with him.]
Loki smiles, setting a hand on mine briefly "Of course. I can tell that much without you telling me anyways."
I smile, turning to see Fury leave a few moments later. "He says they should be in as early as tommorow."
I huff, going to the kitchen, grabbing out a tub of ice cream [Im gonna sit here, and eat ice cream. And if you try to get me to do anything else, I will throw something at you.] I tell him, cuddling up into the pillows and blanket.
"Of course Darling. Ill tell the team everything, and then ill be right back." He says, leaving me to scroll through Netflix for something to watch.
