I backed away from Rafael as he towered above me, his energy giving off anger, and something scary, something dark

"YOU WOULD'VE LET HER GO" Rafael yelled at David

"RAF, she is our future Luna, what did you want me to do physically restrain her? You would've lost it like you are now if my scent was all over her"

"SHUT UP" Rafael breathing was becoming faster and faster "YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO BRING HER THE FOOD AND THAT'S IT" he said stepping nose to nose to David

"Back up raven" David said light pushing me out the way

I backup towards the door entry of the kitchen

"DON'T TELL HER WHAT TO DO"

"Rafael you need to calm down, that's why I mind link you to let you that she was coming down so you can stop her, your my best friend let alone my Alpha king, I would never go by a direct order"

They starred each other down till David's eyes lowered as nd head slightly bowed

What the hell was happening ?

Rafael's eyes landed on mine. I looked at David for any advice or help but his eyes were still lowered

A low growl like sound came from Rafael

"Do not look at him" the words held a warning to them

I started to back up when my back hit a wall.

Before I trusted Rafael, I knew he wouldn't purposely hurt me be now I'm not sure, somethings changed

He looked way more intense, eyes more brighter, muscles more prominent, even he smelled a little different

When Rafael approach me I thought as if I was going to pass out. He was to close for comfort. Our chest were smushed together as his face was inches from mine

My mind screamed run while my feet kept me planted in place

I wanted to scream, yell, hit him but I'm face to face with my nightmare now and I couldn't do any of the three

He looked at me intensely before walking away with a huff

The breath that I was holding came out

I could take this opportunity to make a run for it but I didn't want what just happen to happen again or what else is behind that door.

My option is to wait

David cleared his throat

"Rafael would like you back in the room"

After David brought me back to the room he handed me my duffle bag of clothes and left me in the room

I sat underneath the shower for what felt like hours, sitting and crying, this just had to be a nightmare.

When I changed into a large tank top and large sweatpants, I toweled dry my wet hair walking back into the room

A large being was slumped of the bed.

Rafael hung his head in his hands but as soon as he heard me he turned around standing up.

"Raven"

I didn't want to talk to him, I didn't want to see him, to smell him or to even think about him. I didn't trust him the way I did before

I walked past him back to the bed, wrapping my arms around my body

"Raven i am truly sorry"

I lift my eyes momentarily to look at him but they caputured mine in a caultivating stare
