As they walked onto the campus it was immediately packed with students and extremely lively as they were thrown into the homecoming atmosphere at Bringston. There were an array of booths set up along the pathways and there had seemed to even be a concert going on with a crowd forming.

Although it took practically no begging for her parents to allow her to go to Atlanta for the weekend, she hated to admit how much she already missed home. Of course, Luna had applied to a plethora of schools all over the country and was used to frequently traveling. However, for Luna, there was no place like home.

After touring the campus a bit longer, Simone had led them towards a building where her aunt had been teaching.

Olivia glanced at Simone. "Is that your aunt?"

Simone smiled and nodded. "Yeah."

They stood in the back and listened in on the conversation that was happening between the students. It was nice to hear them getting into a discussion and not it being led to some crazy argument, Simone's aunt clearly had an impact on her students. Once the lecture was over, the group descended the steps to meet up with her.

She glazed her eyes over them. "Olivia, which makes you Spencer..." her eyes then drifted to the couple beside them. "Jordan, and of course...Luna."

"That's us," Luna smiled politely. "Thanks for letting us stay this weekend, Ms. Patterson."

She visibly squirmed at the name. "Dear God, call me Amara. I am not that old."

"You guys take homecoming pretty seriously around here, huh?" Spencer questioned.

"Oh, honey, you have no idea," Amara smiled. She pointed behind her to a student who was still in the classroom. "Keisha has offered to be your unofficial ambassador for the weekend. So leave your bags with me. Have some fun, I'll catch you later."

They all gave her grateful smiles as they dropped their bags behind her desk and thanked her once again for allowing her to let them stay. Then they followed Keisha around the campus, the boys had lingered behind them while the girls walked ahead of them.

"You made it just in time for the best part of homecoming," Keisha said.

Liv questioned. "What's that?"

"Tonight's fashion show," Keisha smiled. "Choreographed by moi."

"Oh, so you're a journalism major/choreographer?" Simone asked.

"Premed, actually," she corrected. "And proud captain of the undefeated Bringston dance squad." She turned to Luna, who hadn't said much during their walk. "What about you? Any colleges you're interested in or anything fun?"

"Uh, I've applied to a few," Luna shrugged. "Mainly on the west coast and some on the east."

"And she's an amazing artist," Olivia added. "You should see her paintings."
