As soon as Blue came back to the castle, the other 4 Star Fairies were waiting for her, each with worrisome frowns.

"Oh dear," Elizabeth said, "This looks really bad. Where are his bracelets?"

"All I saw was golden sparks on the ground," Blue replied, "He must have broken the bonds."

"That's rather unusual," Rosie stated, "No Star Fairy could easily break those bonds unless they unleashed a large amount of dark magic." She gasped with realization.

"What is it?" Blue asked.

"Could he be?" Rosie said, "Could it be true? No, it couldn't be."

"What are you trying to say?" Emile asked, "Just spit it out already."

"It's nothing," Rosie rebutted, "Don't worry about it. Layla, go try to see if you can heal him."

"I'll see what I can do," Layla replied. She took Percy out of Blue's hands and walked towards the medical room.

"Where's Artemis?" Blue asked.

"He's upstairs in his room," Elizabeth answered, "Why do you ask?"

"Just wondering," Blue replied, "What about Blue Claire? I haven't seen her in a while."

"She's right here," Queen Snow said as she walked into the castle.

"Mom?" Blue said, "What are you doing here?"

"I just came to see how you were doing?" she said, "I don't really ever get to see you much. You really have grown up."

"Oh," Blue said, "And why did you bring Blue Claire?"

"I had a vision," Snow replied, "She's going to be very important to have close by." She put Blue Claire down and let her walk over to Blue.

"Anyway, I better get going," Snow told Blue, "Take good care of yourself and the others for me." She then left the room.

"Heh, looks like someone's got babysitting duty," Emile smirked, "Do you even know how to change diapers?" Blue blushed a bit and picked up the little rabbit.

"Well, I never had to before," she replied as she turned towards Emile, "But is that really the most important thing to be worried about?" Everyone nodded their heads in agreement. Blue sighed.

"I'm going to go check on Artemis," she said, "I'll be back later." She then walked towards the staircase.

"Should I teach her a lesson in monster and animal biology?" Elizabeth asked, "It's rather important."

"No," Rosie said, "You grossed out a lot of people last time." Elizabeth sighed.

"Fine then," she said. Then, the three of them just stood there awkwardly as their minds went blank.

"Wait," Elizabeth said, "I need to go check on something." She then bolted like lightning out of the room.

...

As soon as Layla placed Percy down on the bed, she immediately summoned some water and began to use healing magic on Percy's body. It appeared to have no effect as Percy's dark purple arms remained the same.

"This is worse than thought," she said, "If only Henry was here. He could use his magic to cure it completely. But it appears that the only cure is time. I wish there was more I could do, but it appears this is everything I can do. I guess I'm just not as strong as I used to be. Perhaps a nice swim will make me feel better." She put a blanket over Percy and then left the room.

As she walked outside near the lake, she stared at herself in the water's reflection.

"Am I really a valued member of Blue's team?" she asked, "I feel like I really haven't done that much to help. Blue and the others might as well be better off without me. I left the battle once, so I feel it's only appropriate to do so again." She was about to enter the water before getting stopped by a voice familiar to her own.
