All Might couldn't help but look down at you as you leaned into him, enjoying the silence and his company. The older man's heart couldn't help but beat rapidly against his ribcage as he swallowed hard.

His mind couldn't help but wander off to why you were so interested in him.

You were young and beautiful, he would think you would hang out with someone your own age.

It's not like he didn't mind your company, he loved spending time with you. Just deep in the back of his mind, why someone like you be attracted to someone like him?

Were you feeling sorry for him?

Did someone wager you to flirt with him?

Were you just messing with him?

You were still in your own little world that you didn't even noticed Toshi's change in energy.

You let out a peaceful sigh as you gently place a hand on his chest.

"What are you getting at?" You heard him say.

You sat up and faced him. "I'm sorry?"

"You don't have to pretend, you know."

"What are you talking about, Toshi?"

"Don't act like you don't know. You're acting like you're attracted to me, you're just being nice because you feel sorry for me."

"Where is all of this coming from?" You get up from the bench.

"Look at me, you think I'm ugly don't you?"

"No, not at all." You say.

"Don't lie to me. Why would someone like you want to be with someone like me?"

"Toshi what-"

"Look at me, I'm nothing! Why would anyone ever want to be with someone like me?"

Then he goes on to say, "The world could care less about Toshinori Yagi."

"That's not true, you shouldn't say that!"

"How would you know, You don't know my life." He says in low tone.

He walks away leaving you alone in the park.

You slowly sat back down on the bench. You were confused and hurt by Toshi's words.

Why would he even think that you were spending time with him out of pettiness?
Sure, he was older than you but you saw passed that. You never saw him as the things he said.

You exhaled softly. You thought about going after him, but on the other hand he really did hurt you. Maybe it was best to give it some time.

You get up from the bench and started to make your way home, disappointed that the night could've ended a lot better.
