From a butterfly to a butterfly, it was somehow hard to believe that two kids could be so love foolish. Falling in love at first sight, maybe love wasn't as dreamy as it seemed. After all, with the crap they've been through, the two ex-lovers will a...

I sat around, splaying my legs across Soobin as the party went wild. Similar to Soobin's birthday party, one of his bandmates had thrown him this huge party, allowing Beomgyu to do whatever the fuck he wants. While that included talking to flirtatious girls and ones who envied me because I dated him, I didn't care. It was a good chance to lose interest in Beomgyu if he flirted with them back.
However, to my unluckiness, Beomgyu hadn't flirted with any girls—instead, all he did was converse with old friends and people he was introduced to. Bombarded by the overwhelming party guests, the four of us sat outside—I sprawled against Soobin and Kai and Taehyun playing video games together while shivering.
"Why do you always come to me..." Soobin trailed off, looking down at me as I placed my legs in his lap. I looked up from my phone, raising an eyebrow at him as I licked my cold lips. "When you could be in there, socializing with Beomgyu and his friends?"
"Hard pass," I shrugged, placing my phone in my pocket. "I'm not big on socializing, especially when I'm supposed to be distant from the man I supposedly "love." You're just lucky I don't drink or socialize, either—or else you'd be out here with these clowns."
Both of us looked over at them, seeing them furiously type against their phones like maniacs. Soobin sighed through his frustration, the cold air being seen. "When will winter be over? It's already March and I'm still wearing puffed-up jackets," He rolled his eyes, taking out a cigarette box. "Do you—"
"No," I replied, but as soon as I made eye contact with it, I perked up. "Wait! Wait, no."
Soobin chuckled at my indecisiveness, placing it back in his pockets. "Well, I suppose that's fine. We can find another way to enjoy our night, right?" I raised my eyebrow at his proposal, the boy pushing my legs off his lap with a huff. He grabbed his phone from his pocket, typing harshly at it before showing me something on the map. Narrowing my eyes at it, I raised my eyebrows in excitement at it. "There's a kart racing thingy not far from here. We can walk there since we choose not to socialize."
