Namjoon opens the door for me as I see a blue Ryan bed cover, a computer laying on a white desk, and a small closet in the corner of the room.

It was quite simple reminding me slightly of the cafe with the plants hanging and with the aromatic coffee smell.

Wait a minute it's my first time ever being in a boy's room??

I notice someone sitting on the bed. A man wearing all black, I awkwardly smile at him.

His long bucket hat covering his face and his all-black wear.

He looked mysterious.

Where did Namjoon find this guy?

"Hello, what's your name?" The black-haired man asked noticing me perking up at me.

"Oh, it's Y/N," I say trying not to stutter. Why am I always so nervous around people, I'm usually okay but him? I sit on a bean bag that was beside the closet.

Does this guy also have a broken mirror?

"This is Jungkook, he recently decided to help me with our plan," Namjoon spells out to me.

So he got him in this too?

"Yeah okay but you don't even go to our school, so-

"I'm homeschooled." The man with the black bucket hat affirms to me.

Yeah, he definitely doesn't have a normal mirror.

"We are actually neighbors." Namjoon clarifies. "We met while I was walking recently and we both got along pretty well. I told him my idea and he really liked it so we began working together, but it would've been unfair if I hadn't told you first." He ends with his signature smile.

"I feel bad you all have to go through this," Jungkook speaks suddenly. "I hope I can help you in some way." He conveys smiling widely showing his bunny smile.

"Y-yeah thanks." Shoot, did I just stutter again? I need to control myself.

"Anyways, this is my idea so far." Namjoon states. "We could either go online and try to do it but there is a very high chance they might figure us out which is not what we are aiming for." He chuckles nervously.

"My other idea was for me to just become a government official and work for getting closer and closer to the king and then do my idea, which is kind of tedious not going to lie."

"Wait Y/N isn't your dad like- really close to the King or something? Ali something?" Asks Jungkook as he looks at me trying to recall.

He figured it out too, ughh.

"Yeah," I say slightly irritatingly at how fast he figured it out.

"Actually I told him," Namjoon says to me.

"You really had to?" I annoyingly reply to him.

"It's pretty obvious actually." States Jungkook matter of factly as he grabs a candy on the desk. "Your dad and you look pretty similar, to be honest."

Are my dad and I really that alike?

I never can think of myself as my dad.

"Anyways, what if like Namjoon and you just meet him or something." Jungkook implies as he chews on his chocolate bar.

"Well, which is why we are friends, right Y/N?" Namjoon says happily as he looks at me with a closed-mouth smile.

I nod and smile back.

Yeah, of course, because you're using me to get closer to my dad for your revolution and trying to date my best friend by getting close with me.

"Which is why I need her, to meet her dad and try to reach his title. I think he'll help me out once I show how well I do in school and get a glow-up or whatever they call it nowadays." He utters as he sits in his chair explaining everything with his formal but calm voice. "Anyways this kind of goes hand in hand with my second plan."

I couldn't help but get lost in his sudden high voice, he usually has a very deep one. He was just the shy kid at school but now he seems to be a more dominant figure when you give him a chance to explain.

Like a leader.

"Then what should I do?" Asks Jungkook confused.

"I would love if you could support my plan, I know you have a mirror and all but you just being there for me would be great," Namjoon widely smiles at him.

"Oh sounds good." Jungkook smiles back.

"Wait you have a perfect mirror?" I exclaim at him shocked.

"Yeah?" Jungkook pulls out something from his bag, it was a flawless mirror with no cracks.

"Oh wow. I didn't expect you to actually be in this." I say to him a little embarrassed.

I still can't believe he has a faultless mirror. Sometimes the most unexpected people have a mirror.

"But then why do you bring it with you?" I ask him.

I know girls bring it to show off but I never really know what else the mirror is used for. I heard from Imani it chooses outfits for you if you show your whole body in the range for the mirror to see, like how you would on a smartphone.

"Oh, I use it to touch up." He says. "I wasn't born with the most ideal skin, unfortunately." He laughs nervously as he takes off his bucket hat and his acne was slightly peeking out.

"Wait you have it too? I thought it was only for people who don't have mirrors!" I yell at him bewildered.

"I'm not sure, I was just born with this so I was surprised but luckily it's easy to cover up. I didn't have time today so I just threw on a bucket hat." He looks at me with his doe eyes as he puts his mirror a little away but enough distance to see his face.

Namjoon and I watch as his acne suddenly disappears.

"It only lasts a day though so I have to do this every morning." He sighs biting on his chocolate bar.

"I had no idea," I reply to him stunned.

I had acne and uneven skin and bad hyperpigmentation but I thought only people with broken mirrors have it.

Maybe people who have perfect mirrors just get to have the easy way to make themselves perfect and we as people who have broken mirrors have to find a harder way to make ourselves perfect.

It's just so unfair.
