Would You Be Mine Again

~Three~

I was so happy that I was getting to know Rowan. He was an amazing person and I could tell he felt the same way. I wasn't too sure but I hoped so.
Days went by so fast and school was too stressful. There wasn't a day that passed without Rowan calling or texting me. As for Drena we see almost everyday at school. She was the best friend I could ever ask for.
"Nelly" I heard my mum calling me so I hurried to her.
"Mum"
"Don't you have classes today?"
"No mum,all our classes this week has been postponed till further notice"
" Okay,that's nice. Dear,I'll be traveling to be with your dad for 3months"
"Why mum,why don't u guys wait till during my holidays so we can go together?" I was getting sad already.
"It wouldn't take time baby, I hope you'll be fine with it. I'll send your allowances weekly"
"It's fine mum,so when are u leaving?"
"Tomorrow morning. Please take care of yourself and if u need anything just call us. I'll miss u a lot" she gave me a warm hug. I'll really miss my mum,I haven't even missed my dad cause I was so used to him being out of town.
"I'll miss u too mum". I was kinda happy that I'll be alone all by myself in this big house,which means I'll have the permission to go wherever I wanted. I helped my mum arrange her luggages and stuffs. I texted Drena about the new arrangements and she asked me to meet her up at her place so we could talk about Rowan of course.
"Mum,I'll be meeting up with Drena at her place later today,is it okay with you?"
"Yes Baby". Whenever mum was at home I loved it cause she allows me go out, except from parties and sleep overs that weren't in Drena's place. But now she'll be leaving so I can get total freedom. I went upstairs to my room to do some assignments so I can go meet Drena. Mum had already left for work,so I was alone again. I prepared to go to Drena's place. I texted her to tell her I was coming. I wore a black leggings,and my Ash color hoodie and a pair of sneakers. The drive to her place was less than 30minutes,so I arrived there on time.
I parked at the parking lot and rang the door bell.
"I'm coming bitch" she screamed from inside the house. She opened the door and we hugged each other. I let myself in and say down. She was alone at home too,so we had the house to ourselves. As usual we talked about guys,and movies.
"Babe,how's your Rowan" I blushed immediately.  she asked me with a smirk on her face. We haven't talked about him since we've been busy with school work.
"He's fine"
"So you guys haven't gotten to bed?"
This girl was something else.
"Drena,be sensible for once. I'm still a V you know right"
"So how long do u intend being a V"
" I don't know Drena. And besides we've just known each other. We can't stand pounding each other. We aren't even dating yet. He hasn't asked me about it though" I answered her keeping a straight face.
"Ohh. It doesn't matter if aren't a thing right" she replied me
"Drena, we are not random people that can just have a one night stand and that's all. And I've not ever thought of having sex with him". I'd say I lied to myself, cause I've imagined us having sex, but I didn't want to admit it to her or else the matter would continue.
"If you say so girl. Just don't forget to tell him whenever he breaks it" she said with a big smile on her face.
Drena wasn't the relationship type. She was scared of heart breaks,so whenever she meets up with a guy,they'll just have a one night stand and it'll end there. Unlike me who hasn't experienced heart break before. And yes I was still a virgin. I've had couple of make outs before,but sex wasn't included. I wasn't ready for it,so I waited till when I'll be ready. Also I was just 17,so I wanted to turn 18 before I do it. Whenever I told Drena, she'll call me immature. She was older than me with just 1year. And I loved her. We ate snacks,watched movies and talked more. It was getting late so I left her to go home cause mum was already insisting I come back home early.
