Would You Be Mine Again

~Four~

I finally arrived at my parking lot. It wasn't a long drive though,but I was exhausted from all the fun I had at Drena's place. I made me way into out apartment. Mum was already baking some cupcakes for me,as I could perceive the aroma from the door step. "Hey mum"
"Baby,how's Drena"
"She's good mum,she's gonna miss you a lot".
"Awwn,I'll miss u girls too. Anyway freshen up and come over here to help me".
"Sure I will mum". I hurried up to my room. I had a quick bath and changed into my favorite SpongeBob pyjamas. I haven't heard from Rowan since today,so I sent him a text.
'Hey,Mr handsome'. He called immediately.
"Hey baby,were u missing me already"
"No I wasn't". I was lying
"Hmmm,are u sure,imma come smack ur ass right now". I smiled
"You have no right since your not my boyfriend". I said expecting him to say something about us.
"But sooner or later I'll be."
"Ohhh okay". I was satisfied with his answer.
"Why is she quiet all of a sudden?"
"Uhmmm, nothing. I just need to help mum right now"
"It's fine babe, bye".
"Bye". We ended the call and I hurried to the kitchen. Mum was almost done baking. So I just helped her clean the kitchen and washed all the dishes.
"Mum,I wanted to tell you something"
"I'm all ears". I loved my mum for that,she was totally the best.
"I'm about having a boyfriend mum"
"Really" she was so excited and she gave me a hug."What's his name?".
"He's Rowan mum,we aren't a thing yet,but once we are I'll introduce him to you"
"Just be careful,and make sure he doesn't hurt you,and also tell me if you need need some sort of advice".
"I will mum". I said confidently.
We had dinner and we both went into our rooms. It was the last night I'll be spending with my mum for the next 3 months. I had nothing else to do,so I started reading a novel. It was actually a romance novel. It was my best. I read it till I fell darted into sleep.

My phone rang in the middle of the night. Guess who it was,Rowan.
"Hello babe,sorry if I woke u up,I couldn't sleep,so I decided to hear your voice". Fuck,does he have to wake me up in the middle of the night.
"It's fine"
"I'm sorry babe. Would I be seeing you later today?". I checked the time,it was 2:45am.
"Yes,you can come to my house,my mum will be traveling for a 3 months vacation,so I'll be alone. You can come so we'll spend time together"
"Really babe. What time should u expect me?"
"My mum's flight is by 6"
"Okay. I'll be there before 10:am"
"Okay". I ended the call cause I was yearning for my sleep. I threw it back on the bed and I fell asleep again.
