The Trip

Walking along the shore line and reminiscing their teenage years, as they watched the villagers throwing fishing net into the sea.

Xin Ci and Mr. Shen finally came back to visit their hometown that they had left behind ages ago.

"Ahh...It feels nice to be back home! Nothing had changed much since we left!" Xin Ci stretched out his arms up high taking in the breeze from the sea.

"The only thing that changed is us! We're aging my friend." Mr. Shen sighed, now reminiscing the time when he was young and handsome just like his twins.

They both looked at each other and started laughing as they continued walking.

A FEW DAYS AGO:

"Yunlan! We found some informations about Zhu Zhen and you wouldn't believe who he is related to!" Da Qing reported as he passed the file folder to Yunlan.

Yunlan looked at the files and started to widen his eyes in disbelief. "No way!" He picked up his phone and called his father.

Yunlan and Xin Ci along with Da Qing, went to the cell where Zhu Jiu is and brought him to the interrogation room.

"Tell us where your father is! Speak!." As Yunlan banged his hands on the table.

Again Zhu Jiu just gave a smirk. "You had done this to my hand! You think I would tell you where he is?" Zhu Jiu gave Yunlan a daring look.

Yunlan nodded his head. "Alright then!" And walked over to Xin Ci. "Chief, can you turn a blind eye on this one?" Yunlan requested. Xin Ci thinks for awhile and gave a nod of approval, telling Yunlan to proceed and left the interrogation room.

As soon as the door closed, you could here the tormenting scream of Zhu Jiu.

Finally after finding out the whereabouts of Zhu Zhen which is now known as Zhu Heng, Xin Ci immediately called Mr. Shen to come. Both arrived in front of a care home for the disabled as the nurse brought them over to the room of Zhu Zhen and left.

Zhu Zhen upon seeing the two, started to weep, recalling the story of his bad deeds he had done to them.

Flashback:

Zhu Zhen, a greedy man who always steal from the villagers, had found out about the pearl that Shen Yi had come to possess. He wanted to steal it from Shen Yi, but it was difficult to do so as Xin Ci is always there with Shen Yi. So he wrapped up an evil plan to steal from Shen Yi and put all the blame on Xin Ci.

After all his plan were executed, he fled the village with his wife and his 2 years old son Zhu Jiu and changed his identity. Running out of money, he decided to sell the pearl at the pawn shop. On his way there, the cursed pearl started to illuminate brightly blinding the sight of the oncoming truck, which crashed into Zhu Zhen leaving him paralyzed ever since. From then on the cursed pearl just disappeared. Until one day when Wang were cultivating on the mountain, she found it hidden itself in a cave.

End.

"Please forgive me!" Zhu Zhen begged.

Both Mr. Shen and Mr. Zhao forgave him, as he already paid for his evil deeds with the condition he's living in now.

Yunlan never felt so much pain as his leg muscles tighten and his tendons stiffen. Cramps were starting to crawl all over his legs. His eyes twitches to open as an unknown source of water is sprinkling on his face accompanied by scented smoke surrounding his head, causing him to sneeze from time to time.

The voices from the shaman kept chanting something he couldn't make out because the only voice that he could hear in his head, is of his own. "Endure, endure, endure, for Xiao Wei you got to endure." Yunlan kept chanting to himself.

Yunlan sneakily opened his eyes and turned his head to take a quick peek at Shen Wei. He saw Shen Wei kneeling so beautifully and proper with his eyes closed, and his lips is slightly curved upward into a smile. He seemed to be alright and not struggling at all.

He then looked pass Shen Wei to Yezun. Just like Shen Wei, Yezun is kneeling very still with eyes closed. But when observed closely, he noticed that Yezun is actually sleeping. "How the heck he does that?" Yunlan thought inwardly and made a mental note to ask Yezun later.

They were finally done with the two hours long ritual that Yunlan thought it was unnecessarily brutal, but since Mrs. Zhao insisted, he had no other choice but to follow through.

Yunlan lets out a yawn as he stretched his arms and legs. "Xiao Wei! I'm going to die even before getting to marry you!" Yunlan whined as they were walking along the shore hand in hand.

"Are you complaining already? This is only the beginning. Mom said we have to go to more shrines and temples. And even taking a trip to Mt.Kunlun to see some more shamans and fortune tellers." Shen Wei informed the shocked looking Yunlan.

"Can't you do it for me?" Shen Wei asked coming face to face with Yunlan.

Yunlan smirked and grabbed Shen Wei by his waist to bring him in closer. "I will do anything for you my love!" Yunlan whispered and leaned his head down to quickly captured Shen Wei's soft lips.

Both were lost in their sweet kisses until they heard a voice from behind which made Yunlan's hair stood.

"Ahem!" Mr. Shen coughed breaking the two apart and gave Yunlan a deathly glare.

"Dad!!!!" Shen Wei whined with dissatisfaction, finally getting to kiss with Yunlan.

Yunlan eye signaled to his dad for help, which he understood. "Come on Shen Yi, let the children be. They will marry anyway." As he dragged the unwilling Mr. Shen away to go find Mrs. Shen.

"Just don't kiss in public!" He yelled as he was being pulled by Xin Ci.

"Gege! Yunlan-ge! The boat is ready! Let's go!" Yezun yelled out and waved at the two. He then ran to call his parents and Mr. Zhao as well.

Shen Wei was so excited as he kept moving around the boat looking down into the water seeing many different fishes. His family tried to stop him, but still he didn't listen.

"Xiao Wei becareful!" Yunlan warned moving closer to Shen Wei to get a hold of him.

But Shen Wei kept on leaning closer to the edge of the boat, trying to catch something he saw from underwater and accidentally made his sunglasses fell. He tried to catch it, but that made him toppled off the boat and fell into the deep sea.

"Xiao Wei!" Yunlan shouted and jumped in to rescue Shen Wei.

In a few minutes, he brought the wet and shocked Shen Wei back on boat as everyone tried to console him.

"Xiao Wei, talk to me! Xiao Wei!" Yunlan panicked seeing Shen Wei looking so lost.

"I lost that sunglasses Yunlan!" Shen Wei wept, as he came out from his daze.
