best dinner

"Just sit down at the dining table, I have last minute preparations to do, I will right back." Bella said going inside what I assume is the kitchen

His father excused himself saying he will be in his study and to call him whenever the dinner is ready.

I am now sitting at the dining table with Tiana beside me, I am nervous as hell Tiana here is not of any help, she is scrolling through her Instagram. So I went inside  in the direction Bella went which is the kitchen.

she is facing backwards and pacing the whole kitchen and she is nervous as hell we can see that from the way she is pacing across the kitchen in search of things. I felt bad for her so I asked " do you want help with something Mrs. Williams?"

She startled at once, turned around abruptly holding her heart, " I am so sorry, I didn't mean to scare you" I said 

"oh honey,  its okay, don't worry about this I can manage. and I think I told you to call me Bella."

"are you sure, you seem to be nervous pacing all around the kitchen?" 

"OH, you saw that, I am embarrassed now, and don't worry about this, I can manage, I got this."

"You got a lot of stuff here, I can help you to the table at least ?

"You are so stubborn just like Rosie."

I was stilled for a second when I heard her name, I don't know why but I am still not used to the fact that the one's who raised me are adopted and  my birth parents are dead.

After few moments I composed myself and asked "How are they like?"

"The best, they both were. we spent almost every day together, We practically lived together your mom and I. she is the most beautiful and sweet, kind girl while I was a bit rebellious and not so beautiful looking girl."

"You are beautiful" I said my thoughts out, "where do you think Tiana got all the charms from?"

"Thank you sweet heart, you are flattering me." she said blushing. 

she continued talking. "your father's were twin brothers, so sure they looking alike and it is hard for an outsiders to find out who is who but their personalities are completely different. like a North pole to a south pole kind but I always found Andrew, your father more sexier, don't tell that to jack though, you know guys have big ego issues.

Your father was more like a similar personality to mine a complete playboy always flirting with girls  but this is what he is to people who don't know him, for those who know like us, he is such a family guy, He will go to any extent to save the ones he love,he was actually flirting with us the night we met at the party, I don't know why but we felt a connection with them like we are safe so we remained friends.you father was still the same flirty guy, until one day he realised his feelings for your mother is just not friendship, he fell in love with her, proposed to her, married her. He just forgot about the outside world and thought she is his world and stopped all these playboy things, flirting and devoted himself to your mother, I was jealous of all the surprises he would give her. 

Jack gave me my fair share of surprises but he is shy and not a very out going person, doesn't know much about how to express his feelings and when he wanted to tell some lovely words his cheeks would become red and he looks so cute while he blushes which is one of the reason I fell in love with him."

"I just wish I wasn't adopted by them." I said lowering my voice and before she could continue. I tears started pouring down my eyes.

"Believe me Amber I didn't want to as well, I faced lot of issues at that time. If one of the reason was your parents death the another reason was I lost you and I couldn't put my promise together, I lost you, I never stopped searching for you."  she said coming forward and hugging me and a few wet drops falling on my shoulder tells me she is crying.
