29 | Forgiven

Iris's POV

I made my way to the dining room , pulled out the chair next to Louis and Jacob. Elise began serving steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

I helped myself to the delicious meal in front of me , it was amazing.

The meat melted in my mouth with the creamy mashed potatoes and the savory asparagus which makes it better.

It was by far the best meal I've ever had.

"We will be having dinner with an important business group on this weekend which means that we have to dress up formally" Dad spoke.

An important business group ?
Did they really think that I don't know who it is , I know my ways everywhere in the underground , land , sky.

Of course it's some mafia group for alliance because obviously the Russian Mafia are planning on attacking them soon.

"Who is it ?" I asked.

Everybody stopped eating and shifted nervously in their seats.

"Just some business partner for our company to promote our products , nothing to worry about" Dad assured.

They really think I'm some 5 year old kid who doesn't know that they're lying ?

From the Italian Mafia , they should honestly get some lying lesson and maybe some therapy lessons on the way there.

"Oh okay" proceeding to eat my food.

"Iris" Lorenzo spoke , I looked up from my plate to see him.

"What is it ?" I grumbled.

"You knocked out someone and she is currently in a coma for 3 weeks" he announced.

"WHAT ?! ONLY FOR 3 WEEKS !!! THAT'S NOT FAIR , SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOR A YEAR" crossing my arms.

Everybody looked at me wondering what I did and my response.

They all had the same shocked expression with Dad furrowing his eyebrows.

Brittany is lucky to be in coma for only 3 weeks , some of those whom I had a fight with ended in a coma up to a year so Brittany is considered lucky.

"What did she do ?" my brothers said in unison.

"She knocked someone out and is currently in coma for 3 weeks" he repeated.

"Who is it"

"I think her name is Brittany or something"

"YOU KNOCKED OUT BRITTANY ?!" their eyes widening.

"So you are going to have an extended detention until Brittany is awake and you are now grounded for another 2 months" he announced.

"I was just being helpful and helping this girl Brittany was bullying , how is that my fault ?" I threw my arms.

"Anyway you were wrong in using violence against her"

"She started it first , are you saying that we Bianchi don't stand up for anybody , that we should let the strong ones bully the weak ones ?

That's the second most ridiculous thing I've heard in my life beside knowing that I had 6 brothers. Y'all might as well craw back to your holes and hide forever from them , go be a pussy.

But that's not what I am , I am Iris Bianchi , I will not seat back and watch then suffer because" I shouted my speech , "No one deserve to be treated like that" ,looking down at my hands.

5 seconds later , I looked back up from my hands to see their taken aback looks with a slight hint of proudness in Dads' eyes and Lorenzos' ones which disappeared instantly once I made eye contact with him.

Elijah , Alexander , Jacob , Lucas and Louis all held amazement in their eyes with a blank face on them with a faint of astonishment which seems I kind of struck a memory on them.

"Y'all done staring at me , because I'm done with my food and I'm off to go back to my room" taking my cleared plate , putting in the sink and grabbing goldfish crackers from the cabinet.

While opening it , I bumped into a hard chest which nearly made my stumbled back.

Who the hell block my way ?

The hard chest I bumped into was apparently Alexander's , wow I didn't know Alexander was fit.

"What do you want ?" I opened first before he could.

"I would like to say from the deepest of my heart that I'm truly sorry for saying those words that I didn't mean to and for pressurizing you in answering my questions and for treating you like shit when I first met you again.

I won't ask about why your cheeks are red and I won't pry into your business and will give you privacy. I hope we could start afresh" Alexander bowed down.

He don't have to be so exaggerated for an apology but I don't mind it.

"It's fine , I'm over it already"

"Really ? You are not mad already ?"

""Why do you have to make it seem like I'm angry and hold everything against you but yes I WAS angry now I'm fine"

"YAY THANK YOU !!" pulling me into a tight hug and hugging me like crazy and lifting me up in the air.

I know he is 18 years old but he act like 9 which makes me wonder how can he be so different from what he was.

I guess it's the childhood time kicking in.

"Ouch...Ouch. Stop , put me down , put me down now" my thigh ached.

"I'm sorry , are you okay ?" he quickly puts me down.

He is like a cute puppy.

"yeah i'm fine but i'm tired now" I assured him.

"Oh goodnight Iris , I love you"

"Good night Alex" smiling before walking to my room with my goldfish crackers.

I sat on my bed to see many spam notifications , I pressed on them to see a random number spamming 'sorry' on it.

Guess I know who that is.

I briefly scanned the messages and is all about him apologizing to me.

I had a good idea on how I should forgive him.

I : 'meet me at the alley near the school , only by yourself right after school , later than that then good luck to you''

R : 'ok ok i'm sorry , i shouldn't have judge you'

He replied instantly , this man really on his notifications and replied to my texts instantly.

But I left him on read.
