After being introduced to the school last Friday afternoon, it's time for Dan and Emma's first day at Emanuel School to go full-swing! Of course, since Matthew's attending a boy's school, there's no way either he or Bonnie would even come close to Dan or Emma's lips for an exact millisecond. Well, except when they're on the set. However, it's quite evident that Matthew had a crush on Emma when he kept looking at her eyes for nearly half the time during every lesson. Ever since he kept his eyes on her for the lessons, he's getting bad grades in his classes, and it's evident that Matthew isn't ready for the talking stage for girls his age.
It was a normal mourning at the Chamberlain Hotel in London at six-thirty, and Emma was already awake. Much to Dan's surprise, when he got up fifteen minutes later. Alan, Chris, and Alex came into their room and told them they have to drive to Battersea in five minutes. They didn't want to be late for school, especially on the first day. Emma got her school clothes on, and Dan was falling a little behind.
"Alright, kiddos, we're about to leave, and if your not in that car in five seconds, Dan, no phone for a week. We don't want that, don't we?" said Chris, hurrying him up for his first day.
"No," he answered.
"Dan was always the last one to leave the hotel because he'd have the same dream over and over again. It never stops." thought Emma, looking curiously at him for a whole minute.
"You all right?"
"Yep,"
"I can tell that you're lying."
"Well, if you must know, I kept having these weird dreams on how people would treat me in a harsh environment like school."
"According to the website, the school is perfectly safe for us, and there's no way Bonnie or Matt would even touch us!"
"Well, if you say the school's safe for us, I guess it couldn't hurt on the first day here."
"Brilliant! Oh, I just got a text from Tom. He said that he enrolled into our school too!"
"That's fantastic news! This might be the best school we've ever been to!"
"Hold your horses, Daniel," interrupted Chris. "You two are heading into school that's full of Eighth Graders all the way up to Thirteenth Graders, and do you know wha-"
"Chris, save the thing for another year. We don't want them to be more stressed about their GCSEs that are coming up soon." Alan said in a whisper, cutting Chris off.
"You're right,"
"Sorry about him."
"It's all right," said the kids, except for Alex.
"Now, who's excited about the first day at school?"
"I am!"
"Now, Chris, take Alex to his school. I'll take care of Dan and Emma and drive them over to Battersea."
"I know where he goes, sir! You can count on me!" said Chris, giving a military salute to Alan.
"I can always count on you for bringing Alex safely to his school. But please be careful."
"Of course I'm always- Woah!" Chris said, tripping himself over on his shoelaces that were magically untied.
Emma and Dan laughed, but one person didn't laugh at all. Alex was the one who set up the prank to have his own father trip on his own shoelaces.
"What happened?" Alan said, rushing over to Chris with Dan and Emma coming from behind.
"My shoelaces; they're untied!" said Chris. "Where's Alex?"
