Chp.1 ' I'm here '

Luca's pov :
I sighed and sat by the cliff, me and Alberto always hung out here, where was he anyways? I looked around to see the green eyed boy run towards me. ' LUCA! ' He was out of breath, he sat beside me and smiled. I stifled a laugh. ' hey Alberto! ' He looked out at the view. ' Why are you here so early? ' He looked at me. I chuckled and stood up, spinning around. ' I find the view beautiful, but now you're here so it's even better ' I smiled widely, I then looked back out at the view, taking it all in. I didn't notice at first but Alberto was standing by me, He laughed and placed his arm around my shoulder. ' It is beautiful.. ' I faced him, but he wasn't looking at the sky, just me, I don't know why..but my face flushed, I think Alberto noticed. ' Hey you ok Luca? ' I shook my head, getting out of my trance. ' Y-Yeah, sorry I zoned out ' I laughed nervously, Alberto just stared at me with a quizzed look. ' You sure you're ok? You seem red ' I held my hand up to my cheek, "How do I explain?" I sighed and nodded. ' Alright then. Hm, where should we g- ' He didn't get to finish as I pushed him to the ocean, jumping in after, I laughed. ' LUCA ' I was still laughing. ' Sorry Alberto ' He gave an annoyed look, soon smiling deviously. ' Catch me slow poke! ' He sped off, I didn't know where but I chased after equally quick.

Alberto's pov :
I looked back to see Luca going pretty quick, I looked around and hid behind a rock, Luca passed by and I chuckled. I watched him disappear ahead and swam back to the surface, getting up on the beach and shaking the water off. I looked back in the water. "Is Luca still looking for me?" I kneeled by the water, only to be splashed by the green and blue sea creature. ' Got you Alberto! ' I shook the water off for the second time and glared. ' how do you keep getting me? ' Luca laughed. ' I can easily catch you off guard! ' Luca came out of the water, I don't know why I felt different watching him go back to his human form, some kind of feeling in my stomach? I sighed and continued to stare. ' Is there something on your mind Alberto? ' I got caught off guard...again, I shook my head ' No no, just uh- staring ' Luca stared at me. I wasn't lying I guess. ' Well...are you enjoying the view? ' I felt my own face heat up, What the hell is this feeling. ' Oh shush, I prefer uh- ' I didn't know what to say. ' Stop catching me off guard already! ' Luca laughed and began to run up the rocky hill. ' COME ON! ' I smirked and followed after, Luca never seemed to fail to surprise me..I liked that

3rd pov :
The two boys headed for the town of Portorosso. Luca ran on ahead laughing, bumping into Ercole, He had stepped back, Alberto pulled Luca behind him.

Luca's pov :
I rubbed my head as I was pulled behind Alberto. ' Oh, if it isn't the fishy fish. ' He still didn't really care much for sea monsters, not much we could do for that anyways. ' Alberto let's jus- ' I was cut off to Alberto holding me close. ' What is it now Ercole ' I grew anxious, Ercole would choose violence. He had two new goons behind him. ' You monsters don't belong here ' He walked around behind Alberto, looking at me. I gulped. ' How adorable. He's protecting his little fish friend ' The cold laugh of Ercole went through my head, I hated him and his new goons, who had now went to Alberto and tried to move him away from me. Alberto took my hand and ran to the sea, jumping in with me behind. ' Luca come on! ' I didn't hesitate before swimming after Alberto, he was heading back to the island he had lived for most of his life. I got out of the water, shaking the water off and then began to shudder. ' Luca.. ' I hugged myself, I was being a crybaby again. Alberto took my arm and hugged me,I buried my face in his chest ' Luca, I'm here and I'll be here to stay ' I looked up at him, teary eyed, I sniffed and wiped whatever tears were falling. ' I'm- I'm scared.. ' Alberto bit his lip and sighed ' I won't let anyone hurt y- ' He got cut off by me. ' Alberto I don't want you to get hurt either! ' I had clung to his tank top at this point. ' Don't leave me... ever ' I felt Alberto's arms around me. ' I won't ever leave you..I'm here. '
