Y/N POV
I couldn't stand being in that stuffy apartment anymore. I stood up, grabbing a pack of cigarettes and sliding my shoes onto my feet. I locked the door behind me and went to take a walk outside of my apartment.
I considered going to my boyfriend, Sodapop's place. He'd probably be eating dinner with his brothers so I didn't want to interrupt that. Ill see him tomorrow anyway.
I put my cigarette in between my lips and let in a deep inhale. I felt the smoke fill my lungs.
I had on Soda's flannel. It blew lightly in the wind and my hair was tucked behind my ears.
Usually, I wouldn't be allowed out alone because of the chances of being jumped by a Soc. I clearly wasn't being smart leaving and walking to god knows where all alone.
Part of me wanted to go back home so I'd be totally safe, but I was just so bored I think I'd go insane.
I threw my cigarette and I heard a few tires screech. I didn't really think much of it, since this is kind of a busy street. Once I had been walking for a bit, the roads got less busy and slimmer.
Car doors slammed shut behind me and I heard a few voices. I figured I was most likely overthinking things, but there as was another part of me that thought about being jumped tonight,
"Hey, Greaser!" I heard a familiar voice behind me. I stopped my walking and turned around to see.
The face was recognizable, but I couldn't put a name to it. There were 3 Socs all dressed in the stupid khakis and sweater vests.
How great, exactly what I wanted for tonight.
"What do you want?" I asked. I'm sick of fighting them and I can't come up with a snarky response. Not right now.
I hid the shaking of my hands waiting for an answer from them. They just looked at me , smirking and snickering.
I thought about just booking it back home, but they'd probably catch me. It's 3 against 1.
They sped up getting closer to me before one grabbed my wrist. "C'mon babes just come back to the car with us. What are you doing in a gang like this?"
I cringed at the name. I smelt a small amount of alcohol from the boy's breath. He was probably drunk but it's not like he wouldn't do it sober either.
"Oh please. Maybe because your gang couldn't beat mine cut in fourths." I replied back to them.
"You wanna say that again?"
"Or sixths, not like you'd be able to handle two of us-" My sentence was just cut off by me being pushed back. The two other guys grabbed my arms as the biggest one took out his blade.
"Stupid Greasers."
The blade was pressed up against my cheek until blood was drawn. He took away the blade and I saw the droplets of blood on it. The flannel twisted around my arm so much I thought my arm would detach.
I heard a rip of the fabric. Fuck. Probably should be the last of my worries.
The fence was right next to us as i was pushed against it. The Socs forearm was pressed against my stomach, keeping me still. The blade was up against my neck now. If i moved my neck at the slightest, I'd be cut.
"How would you feel about a nice long cut on that throat of yours, Grease?" I let out grunts because I wasn't able to talk.
"Fuck. You," was the only thing able to come out of my mouth. I knew it just pissed all three of them off even more. So a bruise was left on my chin.
