24.Trust

As Harlow stares at the key Anakin looks at it "what is it for?"

Harlow gets up excitedly "its for this shit." He points at the illuminati stuff and starts to laugh "thank you sir, ill be back for sure."

Harlow runs out of the house and runs to the car. He notices Raven and McCray aren't there. He squints his eyes "the hell are they at?"

He turns his head seeing the building that McCray said they'd be in.

Harlow sighs and runs to the building.

As Harlow walks inside he sees Raven sitting there and McCray drinking something.

He walks over "how long did I take?"

"Maybe like a half hour..." McCray says

Harlow smiles and looks at the bottle "whats this?"

McCray smiles "aged wine.. you wanna try?"

Harlow shakes his head "no im alright... but yo check this out!"

Harlow lifts up the key showing them.

Raven quickly grabs it and looks at it "this is amazing! We gotta hurry and get back!"

Raven starts leaving the building,  Harlow quickly stops her. "No wait... wait."

Raven looks at him confused "what Harlow? We need to get this to Marvin so he can open the box.."

Harlow shakes his head "im not sure I trust Marvin..."

Raven looks at him insulted "why the hell not?"

Harlow quickly looks at McCray to help him but McCray looks away "dont look at me, I wouldn't know why you dont trust him."

Raven smacks Harlow lightly making him look at her again "why not?"

Harlow sighs "remember his confession? And also, you dont know this.. but my father said he was betrayed... what if the enemy is Marvin?"

Raven backs up from him "no way... he would never do anything to your father!..They were best friends!"

Harlow tilts his head and shrugs"its just a thought..."

Raven looks away angrily "well its wrong.. he would never do that.."

McCray shrugs as Harlow looks at him again. Harlow sighs "well let's go then.."

Once they get to Ravens house they quickly run inside "Grandpa!" She yells looking for him.

She then stops as she heads towards the storage room "you might wanna stay up here McCray.. you haven't met my grandfather yet and he might not take you just walking down there lightly.."

McCray shrugs "I guess that's fine with me.." he says as he walks back into the living room and plops himself on the couch.

Raven felt bad for him but brushed it off. She looked at Harlow "alright let's go."

As they climb down Raven yells "guess what!"

Marvin looks up at her seeming to be very exhausted. "I hope this is good news.."

Raven smiles "I think we found the key!"

Marvin smiles "yes! Where'd you find it!" He pulls his hand out to receive the key.

Harlow looks at it and hesitates. He sighed and gave him the key.

Marvin looks at it "at last! I have done it!"

Harlow squints his eyes at him "also my father.. AND us.."

Marvin quickly looked at them "oh yes... yes you're right."

He admires the key "so where did yall find it.."

Raven smiles and looks at Harlow.

Harlow gave her a look begging her not to say anything. She then rolled her eyes. Making Harlow a tad bit annoyed.

"We found it in some ghost town." She says

Marvin looked at her with his eyebrows lifted. "There are several ghost towns!"

Raven looked up at Harlow again she whispers loudly. "We have to tell him..."

Marvin folded his arms looking at them "come on I dont have all day..."

Harlow looks down knowing what is about to happen.. "just do it."

Marvin leans towards them "just do what.. we dont keep secrets from eachother Raven.. you know that."

Raven gulped and hesitated feeling Harlows nervousness "Anakin's alive..."
