lol, i had this idea when i was in the plane 2 weeks ago, and i was like, why not, lets do it. so im doing it .clearly.
im rambling, lets get on with the chapter, shall we?

Maia's POV:
I adjusted my mask so it wouldn't fog up my glasses. This was the 17th time I did that. I guess it was just a nervous habit or something.
So, these past couple of days have been exciting. Here's a recap:
A couple of days ago:
"C'mon Maia! You're taking so long, god," my boyfriend, James Brosville, said. I sighed.
"Sorry, sorry, I just have so many bags!" I replied, shouldering my backpack.
"No kidding," James muttered.
"Could you at least try to be helpful?" I said in an accusing tone. James walked over to me and took two of my suit cases.
"Better?" he asked. I nodded and rolled my eyes and kissed his cheek.
"Oh my god, you need to shave," I said, pointing to James stubble. James ignored me and made his way through airport security. i followed.
When we finally got to the waiting area, I spotted someone who I hated very much. Very very much.
Ashley Vera. Otherwise known as: Queen Ash. Ugh, the little bitch.
I don't normally talk crap about someone, but when it comes to Ashley, the only things I can say are bad.
"James!!! Oh, and Maia," Ashley said disgustedly.
"Ashley, you're 25. You could at least try to act more mature and NOT give me the stink eye every time you see me," was what I wanted to say. Instead, I rolled my eyes and stayed silent.
"James, baby, c'mere!" Ashley said, running to my boyfriend and hugging him.
"Hey, Ash...Uh, maybe now's not a great time?" James said, turning red. Ashley frowned at him, then at me, then at him again.
"You mean...OH MY GOODNESS!" Ashley laughed. "Maia, babe, James here has been cheating on you for...about 3 years now," she said, feigning sadness.
My heart stopped.
"What?" I replied. It actually sounded like, "Wha who?"
James' face was entirely red now, and people were taking pics and vids of us. "Ash-"
