𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐝𝐬

Mr. Canva-Thalia, Piper, Percy, Annabeth

"Can anyone tell me who the Titan Atlas was?" I asked my students. A girl named Thalia raised her hand. 

"He is- sorry, was, the titan that held up the sky, and the father of Zoë Nightshade," she said the last part quietly. 

"I'm sorry, who?" I asked. Some kids, Piper Mclean, Annabeth Chase, and Percy Jackson, stiffened and shared knowing glances.

"Zoë Nightshade, daughter of Atlas. She was the lieutenant for Artemis' hunt. Killed by her father," Percy Jackson said, standing up. I didn't ever hear about this in Greek mythology.

"She died protecting us- I mean, her friends," Annabeth Chase said, also standing up. Piper stood up, too.

"Just like Silena," she said quietly. 

"Gods, just like Silena," Annabeth said.

"And Beckandorf,' Percy added.

"Bianca," Thalia said, closing her eyes.

"Lee."

"Micheal."

Who were these people that they were naming?! I had never heard of them!

"Ethan."

"L-Luke," Annabeth stammered. They all had tears in their eyes. The other three ran up to hug her.

"Octavian, though he was a jerk."

"Don the faun"

"Leo! But he came back," Piper whispered. They were all sobbing at this point. 

"Uhhh...who are y'all talking 'bout?" a girl asked from the back of the classroom. They stared at her for a minute, then went back to crying.

"Sorry to interrupt, but Abbi was asking a fair question. Who are these people?" I asked.

"Were," Annabeth corrected, "And we've only just scratched the surface. There are so many more-" she started sobbing again.

"Heroes, that's who they were. We save your butts so many times, and this is what we get?!" Thalia said, breaking away from the hug.

"Thalia, daughter of Zeus, the god of the sky, lightning, the king of the gods. Luitenent of Artemis' hunt. Fought in the Titan and giant war." Everyone stared at her, shocked. Everyone except for Piper, Percy, and Annabeth.

"Annabeth, daughter of Athena, goddess of wisdom and war. 2-time savior of Olympus, a survivor of Tartarus, one of the seven, *rest of titles*" Everyone stared at her as well.

"Percy Jackson, the only living half-blood son of Poseidon, the god of the seas. 2-time savior of Olympus, a survivor of Tartarus, one of the seven, *rest of titles*" 

"Piper Mclean, daughter of Tristan Mclean, no you can't get an autograph, and Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty, a savior of Olympus, one of the seven, *rest of titles*"

Everyone stared at them. Demigods, that's what they were. Demigods. 

"You never saw or heard a thing," Thalia said, snapping her fingers at everyone. The four demi- wait, what was I talking about?
