Violet wasn't going to stop annoying me any time later. She was our little sister, but she had to know alphas don't take it well.

But the fact that I had already turned into a sap for her was a plus for her. My wolf looked at her as his own pup. I've never heard about something like this but he just did. Somewhere even I felt the same. She wasn't just our little sister anymore, she was like a daughter to us. She sure had grown on me and my wolf, that too, just in a night.

If I was to never find my mate, I'd train her to make her the Alpha.

Violet's curiousity to know about me was another moment I could forever cherish. I could tell she was interested in our world in a good way.

Good, she should be curious.

"Alpha. The greek alphabet and like real wolves alpha?" She questioned, still driving. Her eyebrows were furrowed and her eyes conveyed she wanted, no, she was excited to know more.

"Yes, little one. That is where the word comes from and yes like the real wolf's alpha. Alpha is the leader of the pack. The-"

"You are the leader of the pack?" She shouted in a hushed voice and eyes wide but still on the road. She didn't know she could talk to me through the link. She kept saying things out loud every time. I didn't want to tell her either because she sounded so adorable and amusing every time she spoke, her dimples showing, reminding me of dad. She was focused on driving as much as she was focused on me. So much like dad.

Well couldn't doubt less, she was an alpha.

"Why are you whisper shouting?" I laughed. "No one is listening to us." There, she gave me that annoyed look and then rolled her eyes. I continued, "Yes, I am the alpha of the pack, the leader. Our dad was one before me. Then when dad's death it was with our beta who took over. Beta's are second in command. They rule in the absence of the alpha."

"Tell me their names, I mean I know dad's first name because of the dream." She asked, steering the wheel right and left along the road.

"Dad's name was Alpha Luciano Lucas Yarbrough and Mom's name was Luna Avaluna Luciano Axel Yarbrough. I am Alpha Indigo Luciano Yarbrough and you, my little sister, are Violet Luciano Yarbrough." I finished.

"Luna? Is that a title like Alpha?" She quickly asked.

"Yes. A luna is like the mother of the pack and the Alpha's mate. Now before you ask me what mates are, to answer that, mates are our soulmates. All werewolves have a soulmate destined for them by the Moon Goddess. They are half part of your soul." I smiled and continued, "The first thing you know they are your mate is through their scent. It's special and it will be the best scent that blows your mind away. So that's how you find them. Basically, a mate completes you. When you find them you become whole and then the two mate for life. It's a forever bond. You cannot deny it. It will work only to get the two of them closer." I was smiling, at the thought of finding my mate. My wolf was grinning at the thought of his mate, imagining things we'd do to her.

Horny asshole.

Who was I to blame, he was my wolf after all.

The reason I left my pack five months ago was only to find her. My mate. My Luna. The curse was part of this. Werewolves find their mates anytime after the age of eighteen. I was still training and I knew I wouldn't find my mate then because I had to leave to find her.
