Jisung ran from his room to Minho's dorm building. He was about to use the stairs when seeing a familiar figure sitting on the bench, alone. A sigh of relief escaped his lips as he made his way towards the figure.

Minho was looking down. His hands placed on his lap and his legs swung slightly to the front and back. He heard the footsteps nearing but did not bother to look up until Jisung sat next to him.

He looks tired, Jisung thought.

"Hey," the blonde flashed him a smile which he returned with the same thing. The night was quiet. A bit unusual since students most likely will hang around there but this time it was just them two. Jisung could see the glint of hesitation in his eyes under the dim night. "Chan told me you need me. What's wrong?"

Instead of answering he sealed his mouth shut. His eyes glued to the pavement in front of him. He did not dare looking at the younger but he needed him.

Weirded out, he reached for Minho's hand. "Hyung..."

"Mom ran away."

Just with the three words they could put Jisung in shock. He eyes went big, surprised at the sudden news. He could only mutter a word of uncertainty.

"W-what...?"

"She ran away," he repeated, glancing at their hands before lifting his head up, staring at their neighbor's building with his blank mind. "She found out that we're... dating. Dad doesn't care about it but she does. It took her three days to return home."

Jisung gulped silently as he was mentally preparing for the next horror news.

"Worse, she's thinking of disowning me because of..." the guy halted. His chest started to get heavy as he tried to muster his courage to speak.

However, he failed.

The sound of the heart cracking could be heard. Jisung wrapped his arm around his shoulder, side hugging him while stroking his arm gently.

"She hates me. Even before she found out she hates me because of my body."

"Min..."

"What did I do wrong?" he broke into sobs before wiping his tears away. "She keeps telling me to stop eating and when I did she says I'm too thin and people keep forcing me to eat. Why can't I do anything on my own? Why are they so nosy about my life?"

The hug tightened. Honestly Jisung did not know what else he should do. If he was in Minho's place he would think about the same thing too. He just didn't know how it affects Minho until he really didn't want to eat. With the homophobe attack he got from his mother.... the boy was going through so much. Jisung hoped he can do more than just listening to his problems. Minho has helped him too many times as a reply from his rants yet he couldn't do anything.

"You are fine Min. You're doing great." Was the only thing that he could say to comfort him. Jisung felt useless. Obviously that would not do him better.

But for Minho his presence is enough.

Being with Jisung while he was at his lowest point was more than enough. The guy himself radiates comfort for him, as if Jisung was an angel who flapped his wings to protect and to cool him down. The boy had such calming aura that sometimes Minho questioned himself, if he associate with the younger won't it affects him? Looking back, Minho's life was not the greatest. His life is full of problems, self-hate and family problems while Jisung had none. He just needed someone to rant to, that's all. Both of them differs in many ways.

Minho hated the fact that he's burdening Jisung with his problems.

With his hand slightly trembling he intertwined their fingers together, catching Jisung off guard. The blonde turned his head to see him playing with their fingers together.
