You gasped, jolting up from your slumber. Your glass like eyes scanned around the room, the soft patter of rain against your window. You gulped softly, patting softly near you until you felt the body of another. Sighing, you turned, meeting the back of your boyfriend, 2D. You slid back under the sheets, poking his back. Soon, you hear the soft snoring stop, the man jumping. You retracted your hand, "Babe..?" You heard the soft and tired groan of your lover, the small noise sending relief through your body. "I can't sleep.." He hummed, turning to face you. You giggled softly, always loving his tired face. He sighed, rubbing one of his dark pitted eyes, "W-Wus wrong..?" You shrugged, "Just.. I guess a bad dream." You fiddled with your fingers a bit. He nodded, "Wanna talk 'bout it.?" You looked up, "No, you're tired. I'm sorry for waking you." He shook his head, "Love, you're fine. Tell me bout dat dream.." You sighed, always annoyed at how stubborn he could be. "Well." You started, "I was in the woods.. And every time I called out for you, or the band, my voice would only.. echo." You dozed off as you remembered the dream, "And then, next to me, the bushes, like, started rustling. So I took off running but no matter how fast I ran or how far I got, I never seemed to be going anywhere. I was like.. Trapped." You gulped, as being isolated and alone, or people not knowing you were gone, was one of your worst fears.
Soon, the warm embrace of arms wrapped around you, pulling you into a nice cuddle. You smiled, humming and burying your face into your lovers chest. He stroked your hair gently, "Well, now it's ova.. I'm ere', Noodle's ere', Russ, and even sadly Muhdoc." You giggled at the last part, "Yeah.." You sighed, closing your eyes and soon falling asleep in the cuddle, your dreams being now with your lover.
