Chapter 19- New Beginnings

"Thank you so much again" I whisper not wanting to wake up Morgan "no thank you Mia she was so happy you came home with us we will have to do this again soon" she says giving me a quick hug and I return it avoiding the sleeping Morgan in Peppers arms. 

"I will hopefully see you both soon then"I whisper giving a wave as the last goodbye before slipping out of the front door and closing it slowly. Tony almost makes me jump out of my skin as he grabs my hand lifting it to kiss it "Morgans asleep?" he asks in a whisper and I nod with a smile "lets go then" he says pulling me towards his black sport car he press a button and the door opens upwards and he helps me get in then shut the door for me before going around to the other side. 

"Nice car" I say and he grins "there are more th were this come from" he says and I laugh "of course there is" 

"Are you okay?" he asks turning to me grabbing my hand and I sigh "it was nice to get out" I say honestly and he kisses my hand "I promise we will work on that we all need to have a big change" he says and I nod with a small smile "everyone is waiting for you they want to do movie night if you will?" he asks and I thought of saying no. 

I wanted to be alone with Bucky but I knew I might as well try and mend things. 

"Okay" I smile and this cheers him up "let's go home"

As we walk in everyone was in the living room already waiting "Mia" Bucky smiles as I walk in giving me a kiss "are you alright?" he asks looking down at me and I nod "are you okay with this?" he whispers and I let out a breath "I gotta try" I mumble and he nods proudly placing a kiss on my head "your amazing" he mumbles before pulling back. 

"Mia will you come sit with us?" I am surprised when it was Clint who asks "okay" I say quietly joining Clint and Nat of all people on the couches. Bucky sits with Steve. Peter cuddling Wanda who both looked ready to pass out then Tony sat with Pietro and Bruce. I felt Steve look over to me but I avoid his gaze as Tony begins playing the movie "I'm really sorry" Clint says in my ear "maybe after the movie we could talk?" he asks "I also wanna talk" Nat says and I just nod I was tired and I was tired of the fighting. 

I lean into Clint and he wraps an arm around me kissing my forehead then without warning Nat lifts my legs up without asking so I fall onto Clint's lap rather quickly making me make a little surprised yelp. Clint looks at Nat with a little laugh then gets the blanket covering me and Nat lean towards me like old times. 

I got really tired during the movie after all I had watched so many with Pepper and Morgan today that I found my eyes going across the room to Bucky who kept looking over at me knowing. I smile at him and he smiles back which Steve catches us so I quickly look back at the movie which was now ending thank goodness. 

Who the hell do we let pick these movies?

"Mia?" Steve calls over as the film finishes and Tony turns it off so the annoying ending music stops "hmm?" I ask it came out a bit cold but I didn't mean for it too "could you find time to talk to me before bed?" he asks "erm" I say "I said id talk to Clint and Nat right now do you wanna wait in my room with Bucky?" I ask a bit awkward and he smiles "sure" 

"Okay doll ill see you up in a few" Bucky says stretching and everyone begin to say goodnight to each other "thanks for staying behind" Clint sighs moving down to the floor in front of me kissing my hands "what we did today is unforgivable" he says.

"I agree" I say feeling myself get upset again "we are really sorry Mia and we know it is not good enough Bucky is right out of everyone here we should be the ones you want to turn to. The ones who believe you above all else but we have kept letting our insecurities take over again and again" Nat says grabbing my hand.
