DEMI'S POV

I wouldn't say its the most beautiful thing in the world, but it sure was something special. It wasn't as massive as a mansion and it was obviously too big to be a cabin. It was enclosed in glass, making the interior visible from the inside out and just in hindsight, you could see the cozy furniture colored in luscious green, standing in front of a metal-plated fireplace.

And the thing that caught my interest the most was the fact that it was placed deep into the woods that even though the whole infrastructure was made out of see-through glass, it still had the privacy given to it by the trees that were masking its existence. It was a precise picture of a hidden treasure and even though it was already dark, being it was already past nine o'clock in the evening, it still illuminated through the woods, all the lights it held adding to its mesmerizing ambiance.

"You can stop staring at it, you know?" Harry suddenly whispered from behind me. I turned around to look at him, not knowing that his face was only mere inches away from mine and in that moment we both froze, my lips almost touching his and his breath hot against my skin.

He was the first one to snap out of the trance that had seemed to trap us both and I followed suit, stepping a few steps back to gain some space away from him. I cleared my throat as he gazed at a distance, both of us awkwardly stood in front of each other. Okay, that was too close for comfort.

"Do you, uh... Do you need some help with that?" I mumbled as I gestured to the paper bags he held.

He shook his head vigorously, "No, no. I, um, this is actually the last one. I brought them in while you were observing the house."

I couldn't help but smile at his too formal term, "Observing?"

He chuckled, "Yeah. I mean, you basically spent five minutes just looking at the whole thing."

"Five minutes?" I laughed, then the whole awkwardness dissolved as he joined me. That can't be true, five minutes? It didn't seem that long.

"Yeah. You were practically staring at it, only thing that was missing was drool dripping from your mouth." He cackled as he persisted on making fun of me. I playfully hit his arm as I, too, couldn't help but laugh at the image that he has placed in my imagination.

"Okay, okay! I get it!" I howled as I clenched my aching stomach and he mustered inconsistent episodes of deep chuckles as he tried to stifle his laugh.

"Fine, I'll stop," he stood straight, holding the disheveled paper bag properly back against his chest. "But seriously, you need to stop staring at it. Its not going anywhere."

"I know dumb-head!" I told him facetiously as I gazed back at the house, "Its just that I really like it... its nothing I've seen before."

"I know, its beautiful." He said as he joined me at looking at it.

Harry gave me a couple of more minutes, standing silently by my side as I delved at the glass house, before he spoke again. "So, you wanna go inside? Its getting a bit late."

"Ooh! Yes! I bet its even more beautiful inside!" I said in a giddy, cheery mood, clapping like a peppy cheerleader, excited to see what's on the inside.

Harry chuckled at my enthusiastic demeanor, "Well, I'll let you be the judge of that." He adjusted the paper bag so that he could hold it with just one hand while he reached out to me with the other, "Come on."

I took his hand, grinning from ear to ear as impatience dominated my senses. Harry led me through the stone path, stopping right in front of the main door. Harry dropped my hand as he reached for the keypad of the security system at the side of the wooden door and punched in the the designated code, causing the door the click open.
