"Babe!"

I turned on my heel as I heard Nick's voice call out to me from a distance. In his hands were a bouquet of pink tulips and a heart-shaped box, dressed in a sleek satin bow. He wore a big smile on his face as he stared at me intently, his eyes carrying a certain warmth in them, in turn, putting a wide grin on my face. He didn't need to bring me anything but how sweet of him.

He started padding towards me as he held his arms out, waiting to engulf me. He neared me and I started walking to meet him halfway, "Hey, I've missed yo─" I was about to hug him but he just walked right through me, and no, I did not mean past me, but through me, like I was nothing but an invisible fog that he couldn't see, hear, or feel. What the fuck just happened?

"Are those for me?" Said the familiar, irritating, high-pitched voice from behind and I quickly diverted my gaze in that direction. With Nick's back facing me, he approached the brunette girl drenched a fake tan and too much make-up and he hugged her, engulfing her in a tight embrace as she squeeled over his shoulder.

I watched on from behind as Nick lowered his head so that his lips met Autumn's as she kissed him with eyes closed, her arms tangled around his neck and his arms settled on her waist while he held the items in hand. But I was suddenly taken aback when Autumn, lips still locked with Nick's, opened her eyes and stared right at me with mock in her expression. Her eyes were boring into me that it sent chills down my spine, goosebumps all over my skin, and a gnawing pang in my chest. It was like she was antagonizing me, like she was rubbing in the fact that she was the one in his arms and not me. That should be me!

"It hurts, doesn't it?" A voice from behind startled me and I quickly snapped my gaze to its direction. There stood the pale, red-headed girl that I know I always knew but now she was different; the usual colorful girl she once was, now lost into the abyss and sadly turned into gray.

I nodded at her question as she stood at a near distance with hands hanging by her sides and her red hair draped messily around her face.

It did hurt. It felt like my heart was being ripped from my chest piece by piece and it was all pure agony.

She scoffed at my answer, "Good, 'cause you deserve it."

"I'm supposed to be his girlfriend and he's right there, kissing another girl. Now, why would anybody deserve that?" I told her, seeing no sense in her statement.

Her face tensed as she glared at me, "Because the amount of pain that you're feeling is nothing compared to the pain that you've given me!"

"But I've done nothing wrong to you." I reasoned with her but her glare remained intact, I could see her balling up her fist from here.

She groaned loudly as her face twisted in anger, " I died because of you! So it only serves you right!"

Her screams echoed through the room, sending an unpleasant wave of her eerie voice into my ears. Then suddenly, everything around us trembled, leaving the whole room pitch black as she disappeared from my sight, although her voice still boomed against my eardrums.

My eyes snapped open as I struggled sucking in a hitch of breath. I could feel my heart drumming against my chest and beads of sweat trickling down my face and I know for certain what caused this sensation: I had one of those aweful dreams again. Up until now, I still don't understand why I keep having dreams about Chelsea... it almost makes no sense. But one thing's for certain, they just get weirder and creepier everytime.
