I don't know anything about court law thingy so please don't correct me? Was it the right word?

I hate headaches...

         Judge Erwin Smith stood before them, everyone was standing until Judge Erwin said that they had to sit down. Eren swallowed the lump that form on his throat , he had a bad feeling about this. The courtt trial started, a lot of witnesses came and cry as they said they're words infront of everyone in the court room..

"You said you had been friends with her for twenty three years? " The judge ask the blonde woman who just testified against his client. The blonde woman nodded, clenching his fists on the Hem of her gown.

"Yes, your honor."

" Is Mrs. Wagner good ?"

"Yes, your honor. She was honest with everything and that's why I know that she doesn't have the best relationship with her husband."

" You said, she doesn't have the best relationship with her husband how so?"

"Your honor, Thomas was abusive. He used to threaten her and all that stuff and say that he wants to kill her so bad that it hurts."

" How do you know that, Miss Aris?"

" She told me everything last year and I had noticed those black and blue bruises on her body. I told her to file a divorce but she didn't listen to me because she love him, she love that bastard. Why would she--"

" Miss Aris, are you not lying to us?"

" I have no reason to do so."

    A middle age woman stood before everyone on the court, her eyes are swollen and she still had a bed head, she didn't look like she was in the best shape.

  "You can speak now, Mrs. Brown."

    The woman gulp and look at her daughter's killer, hatred was visible on her eyes but Thomas was just smiling sweetly at her. He was smiling the whole time everything is happening.

" My daughter..she was the best thing that ever happen in my life. She was the reason I was able to got out of my addiction and I will give up everything for her yet you take her away from me not only that but your child too. How much of a monster can you be?! That kid, that child has a Life before her eyes yet you take it away from her! You killed her, I could never have them back! Your a psycho, your a sick bastard and you have to die." The old woman was a crying mess. " You could just leave them but you did the unthinkable, you killed my baby, you killed your own blood and flesh. Your a bastard, you didn't deserve to leave! You sick head, I hate you! I hate you so much!!!!"  The woman fall to the ground, still crying and pointing at Wagner with so much hatred in her eyes.

"I'll still live my life out of this prison, It was all a self defense."

When Thomas said those words, Eren face palmed mentally, he look at his client with a dirty look before looking at the Judge again.

" He's smiling through the whole process and I am so sorry to the world, to the victim and towards her family or to this court. It is disrespectful in anyway we all see it." 

The Judge look at his papers.

" This is particularly hard case, A double homicide no less and the fact that it was his wife and child is even more horrifying. There is nothing this court could do that's. . ah.. that's capable of fixing all the damages and harm that has been brought to the victims and her family so ah that's what it said. I'm gonna start with law and it gave me the guide for the appropriate sentence for this case ......."

A lot of explaining had happened and Eren was confident that they will lost this case while Thomas was smiling.

" As the Shiganshina Law had declared a homicide, the penalty is a twenty years duration for double homicide. " Judge Erwin said. " This case is dismissed."

" You can't do this to me!!!!"

" We can!"

Eren sighed and look at Thomas who keeps struggling to the police officers grasp.

  Eren was in his office, his secretary Mina Carolina gave him a mug of coffee and smiled.

"I'm so glad that bastard is finally in his cell for the rest of his life." She stretch. "I don't need to hear his annoying voice ever again, for the rest of the twenty years of my life. I wish they won't re-open that case ever again."

" Mina, did someone called me when I was at work?"

" Yes, someone did sir. She had a really nice suiting voice, she said her name is Mikasa Ackerman. Who is she sir?"

" My damn wife, what did she tell you?"

" She didn't tell me anything sir, she just said that if you came back tell him that I call, she'll just tell you later. Sir, your so lucky. Her voice is beautiful and I am assuming she is also a pretty lady."

" I'm still prettier than her.." he mumbled.

"Sir, you already have a wife. Be good to her, I can tell she had a good heart." Mina pat him and left.

Eren sighed and began looking at his paper works, he had a lot of things to sign and a lot of problems to think about.

Jean was also annoying and he wasn't giving him any damn useful thing to use as an evidence about the other case he is currently working with.

Eren got home very late at night and Mikasa was on her computer. She look up at him and smiled, gesturing to the kitchen.

"How was the case?"

"It's done, I lost."

"Wasn't it what you wanted in the first place for the case to lose?"

" Well, yeah."

" Was the court hearing  that stressful? You look so worn out. Wait, just sit there and I'll prepare your food and then give you a massage while you're eating. Is that good?"

" That's fine. Thanks Mikasa." Mikasa smiled at him.

" It's fine, you don't have to thank me, I'm just doing my duty as your wife."

" Can I get a kiss?"

" Oh my Gosh, are you finally going to be a man?"

" No, dork!!"

" Ugh! I'm not a dork, you hobo!" Mikasa rolled her eyes as she placed the food infront of him.

"Wait, you know how to cook?"

"I ordered that, you know me. I can't even measure the water from the rice right!"

" I still remember all your failed attempts at cooking." He laugh.

Mikasa pouted and hit him with a spatula.

" I'm getting better." She smirk at him. "You'll fall in love with me."

"In your dreams, girly!"

" Oh please, I can make it my reality." She giggled and  kiss  him.
