its just the rain

He said nothing. He stared at you with his dark nearly black eyes. His look was cold. Normally he only gave students this look, it seems such as he doesnt care, but he do cares about you. Does he? You werent sure anymore and this hurts. He is the only person you trust, the only person you feel safe with. When you spend time with him it feels like the earth belongs only to him and you, everything is possible. His arms felt like home and his smile like the sunniest and warmest day of the year. You only saw him smile twice. Once when you came into his classroom in your free period and you stumbled and the second time was when you told him that you love his hair. He seemed so nervous when you said that. He was looking at you and for once his eyes werent filled with sadness. But now he just looks at you with an emotionless face. You heart felt so weak at this moment because it hurts so much. You told him that you have feelings for him and he just stares at you. Nothing more.

You couldn't say if he felt something for you too, because he's really good at hiding his emotions, just like a robot. He seems so cold but deep inside of you, you knew that he isn't.  But he would never show himself vulnerable to you or to anyone else. He seems so lonely but he would never talk to you, especially not after that. You told him so much about you but he was only listening, never talking.

,, Severus? Please say something." you said expectantly after a few minutes of silence. You sat on a table in front of him.

,,Get out y/n. Now."

,,No. You can't treat me like that. Answer me!"

That was a bad idea. Why did you tell him that you have feelings for him? For god's sake y/n what did you expect? Of course he don't like you. He's your teacher and so much better that you. Hes the potions master and you are nothing.

,,I won't repeat myself Mrs. Y/l/n." he said with a threatening voice while he leaned against his desk.

,,You're a coward Severus! But fine if you want me to leave I will." Before your left the classroom you turned around one last time. He knew he hurted you but obviously he doesn't care. Now you just wanted to be alone.

You ran through the emtpy corridors of Hogwarts and then you went through the main entrance towards the forest. It was raining and dark outside but you didn't care. You ran faster and faster while tears ran down your cheeks. You just wanted to be alone. No thats wrong. You just wanted to be in his arms holding you thightly and telling you that he loves you, but that seems impossible. It is impossible you thought.

,,Y/n" you heard a familiar voice yelling. It was him. At first you were about to turn around, but then you decided to ignore him. He called you again and this time you answerd.

,,Leave me the fuck alone." you yelled back and continued running.

You entered the forbidden forest and then you heard his voice again.

,,Y/n stop. Don't go into the forest it's to dangerous at night. Please stop."

You ignored him. You went into the forest and you went cautiously further and further in. After a few minutes of walking you heard footsteps close to you. It was him and it was to late to hide. He grabbed your wrist before you could ran away again.

,,Let me go Severus. How dare you to touch me?" You were still crying but it was dark and raining so you thought he wouldn't notice.

,,I am sorry y/n." he said with the voice you adored so much.

,,Sorry for being a coward and not answering or for touching me?"

,,I'll let you go if you promise me to listen what I have to say."

,,Let. Me. Go. Now." And so he did.

,,What do you have to say?" He pointed his wand at you to see your face.

,,Are you crying?"

,,No I'm not. It's just the rain." He took a step closer to you and you took one back. That was the hardest thing for you to do.

,, It's not. Don't lie to me, you know that I can see it when you're lying."

,,Why does it matter to you? And now say what you have to say."

,,I'm sorry for being so rude to you. I wasn't able to say something when you told me that-that you like me. No one ever told me this. No one cared for me as much as you. I'm sorry that I made you cry believe me when I'm saying it hurts me so much to see you like this y/n. Please forgive me." he took a step closer.

,,Severus the look that you gave me hurted me so much."

,,I knoew y/n, I know. And I am sorry and you are right. I am a corward but only because I want to protect you."

,,Protect me from what? "

,,I am not a good person and I dont want you to get hurt because of my past and present."

,,I told you so much about my past Severus I would trust you with my li-"

,,You shouldnt think like that about me. Believe me."

,,Dont interrupt me. I dont care what happend in your past that makes you think that you are a bad person. I felt and I still do feeling so safe around you. Like I've said before I would trust you with my life and now look at me Severus and tell me that you dont love me." he looked at you and his eyes were filled with tears. Or was it just the rain? No.

,,I cant."

,,Why?" you asked but you knew the answer already. You took a step closer to him.

,,It would be a lair." your hands touched his chest while you looked deeply into his eyes. You could feel his fast heartbeat.

,,Kiss me." you said and he did. His lips met yours and it felt so magical. You never wanted to end this. His right hand wandered to your neck and his left hand moved on your waist while your hands were still laying on his chest.

,,You talk so bad about yourself Severus, you need to stop this. You are not a bad person."

,,I'm scared y/n."

,,Why is that?"

,,I'm scared that you'll leave me when I tell you about my past. About the things I've done." a teard rolled down his cheek.

,,Nothing can change my mind about you. And please dont cry, everything is fine. I'll never leave you. Promise."

,,Why do you think I' crying? I don't its just the rain."
