Dinner

Lacey's POV
We all sat down and started filling our plates. I am about to start eating when mommy Mila hands me a pill. I take the pill with a gulp of water. We all sit at the table, me in between Mommy mani and mommy Ally.
N: "So how did it go at the psychologist's office?"
C: "really well actually Uhm we got some answers. Lacey has dream anxiety disorder that is the cause of her nightmares. She also has anger issues."
D: "Wow that's some answers!"
A: "Yeah the psychologist thinks that she can help with the anger issues. We also took her to the doctor. He said that she is malnourished and has an iron deficiency!"
Lau: "Aw Lace what did he say we can do about it!"
A: "Well she has a prescription for iron supplements and we have to make sure she gets lots of protein!"
Lau: "Okay who wants a brownie?"
all: "Me!"
Lau: "Ally, Lacey, and Dinah finish your food!"
D: "The steak is dry as hell!"
A: "I'll smack you! We don't curse."
D: "Fine sorry god you are so heavy handed little miss church girl!"
L: "I ate as much as I can!"
C: "Sweetie can you eat a bit more broccoli for me!"
L: "Ugh fine!"
I finish my broccoli and go into the theater with Mommy lolo. We sit in the chairs.
Lau: "Hey squirt you wanna watch a horror movie!"
L: "Not really!"
Lau: "Come on don't be afraid I'm right here!"
L: "Ok!"
She turns the movie on and at first it's not scary at all but then it gets really scary.
L: "Ahhhhh!"
Lau: "Shhh! I'm right here nothing's gonna happen to you!"
L: "Mommy Lolo I'm scared!"
Lau: "don't be as long as you stick with me nothing can harm you!"
L: "ok mommy!"
Lau: "She really shouldn't go in there!"
L: "why not?"
Lau: "you'll see!"
L: "ahh no Ahhhhh no THATS NOT NORMAL OH MY GOD! THERE IS SO MUCH BLOOD! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!" I scream at the top of my lungs. Mommy Mila and mommy mani coming running into the theater. I am still screaming and mommy lolo is laughing really hard. I start to cry.
C: "Lauren what are you making her watch!"
Lau: "Paranormal Activity!" Mommy mani picks me up and starts bouncing me up and down.
M: "Lauren why the heck would you make her watch that! She's crying!"
Lau: "The kid needs to grow a spine!"
C: "she has a nightmare disorder and you show her a horror movie!"
M: "Your sick Lo! That's real messed up!" She puts me on her hip and takes me upstairs while mommy Mila continues yelling at mommy lolo. She puts my PJs on and tucks me in to bed. L: "Mommy Mani?"
M: "Yeah Lace!"
L: "Can you sleep with me tonight?"
M: "You scared?"
L: "Yeah!"
M: "Okay let me go put my pjs on!" Mommy mani walks out of my roomand into hers and returns in a set of red pajamas and her hair in a ponytail. She lays down next to me and I cuddle into her she's like a warm pillow.

Normani's POV
She was sleeping peacefully and I thought that she was going to have a nightmare free night. She starts to wiggle around mumbling something. She starts to breathe heavy screaming "No, daddy don't! Help mommy help! stop no no no!"
"Baby what's wrong!" She won't wake up she just screaming and moving. She starts to sweat and now I'm getting scared. I shake her and she awakes and she clutches on to my arms. She's shaking and crying. "Shhh! I got you!" Camila and Ally come into the room. "I got her guys!" They smile and walk out of the room and for the first time it's just me and Lacey as she cries in my arms.

Lacey's POV
Her dream:
I was back in my old house with a piece of paper in my hand. I walked up to the the front door. The door opens and my father grabs my arm and pulls me into the house and into my old room. He slaps me and I start to cry. He throws me down on the floor and shoves a cigarette in the back of my head. My old mommy is sitting in the back of the room watching, crying. My brother Nick in pain on the floor unable to get to me. my father kicks him again He pulls out a knife from his back pocket and angles it above me. "No daddy don't! Help mommy help! Stop no no no!" I yell. she just continues to watch and cry. He plunges down the knife and I start screaming and swimming around on the floor in pain. The blood floods everywhere as I just lay and slowly waste away. My old daddy walks up and slits my old mommy's throat. I am awakened to the sound of mommy mani's voice. She is cradling me as I scream and cry. I try to get myself together but I can't because it was all just so scary.
