Wake up

"¡Mija, despertarte ahora!" (Wake up now!"
"No cinco minutos más." (5 more minutes)
"¡No ahora!" (No now!)
"Yo solo necesito cinco minutos más." (I only need 5 more minutes)
"Tu necesitas ser escuela en veinte cinco minutos!" (You need to be at school in 25 minutes)
I continue to snooze. Someone big and strong came and lifted me over their shoulder and carries me into the bathroom. I still had my eyes closed and suddenly I felt a bristly patch move against my teeth and the spread of a pasty minty substance. Someone was brushing my teeth. they put water in my mouth and I swish it around and spit into the sink. I opened my eyes and made out a muscular body and when my eyes adjusted it was Dylan.
"Dyllie!"
"Lacey! How did you sleep?"
"Good no nightmares last night."
"Yes!" He high fives me.
"How was your night?"
"Not too bad but Hunter was night farting."
"Ew that's gross!" I laugh
"Yeah it is. now kid get your clothes on we have to be at school in 20 minutes."
"We?"
"Yes we, me and Hunt start today."
"Yay!"
"Now go get ready and Mila is pretty pissed off."
"I know but I'll be ready in record time." I jumped off the counter and went to my room changing super quickly and grabbing my iPod. I ran down the stairs and see Hunter and Dylan eating with Mommy Mila. She looked at me.
"That was fast."
"Yeah it was."
"¿Por qué Tu no despertarte?" (Why didn't you wake up?)
"Yo fui muy cansado." (I was very tired)
"¿Tienes una pesedilla?" (Did you have a nightmare?)
"No yo podía dormir. (I couldn't sleep) Why are we still speaking in Spanish?"
"I don't know but go eat."
"Ok!" I go and sit next to Hunter who looked all preppy. He was wearing khakis with a quarter zip from Patagonia with sperrys. Dylan looks all chill with jeans and a checkered t shirt and vans. I guess they went shopping sometime while I was at school.
"What just happened in that conversation?" Dylan asks me completely confused.
"That's why you're going to take Spanish this year." he rolled his eyes.
We ate and then I grabbed my backpack walking out of the door. We drove to school and I went to my classes and as I was going to art class with Dean who was telling me some stupid story about how he "met" Taylor Swift.
"Dean you technically didn't meet her."
"I didn't but I almost did which is cool enough I really felt a connection with her."
"Dean you have to meet someone to feel a connection with them."
"No!"
"Yes!"
"You are wrong!"
"And you are stupid."
"That's true but not the point."
"Then what is?"
"The point is...actually I don't remember." I roll my eyes and continue walking. I see Penelope staring at some high school guy.
"He's so hot." I hear them say in the distance. The guy turned around and guess who it is. Dylan. he walks towards me and smiles.
"Hey Lacey!"
"Hey Dylan!" I say and he lifts me up by my hands when we high five.
"Where you going?"
"Art you?"
"Math."
"Good luck!"
"Alright see ya Lay!" He continues down the hallway and I walk with Dean to art where Penelope and her goons were wide mouthed.
"How do you know hot new guy?" Penelope asks sassily.
"He's my brother."
"Seriously?"
"I think I would know who my brother is!"
"Your probably lying."
"Why would I lie about who my brother is?"
"Cause you're a liar."
"Whatever."
Me and Dean walk into the class grab our projects and sit on the stools at a table next to Luisa. I saw someone familiar at the table.
"Mack?" I ask
the girl looks up at me.
"Hey Lacey!"
"You go here?"
"Yeah I just got transferred here cause my family friend goes here."
"Seriously?"
"Yeah!"
"Who's your family friend?"
"Penelope."
My smile shrinks. But it returns as not to make the situation awkward.
"Mack come sit with us!" Penelope calls across the room.
"Ok!" She yells back at her. She looks at us. "Bye Lay see you at practice tonight yeah?"
"Yeah sure course." Mackenzie leaves the table and goes over to Penelope. I continue on my project, finishing it a class period early. The teacher took it gave me a 100 and let me roam around doing whatever I wanted so I talked to Dean and Luisa the whole time.

~at the practice
I showed up to practice with all of my stuff. The coaches were really nice and everything and we went along doing drills to learnt the game. I sat next to Mack during the lea tire and we quietly made fun of the coaches huge mustache and tendencies to spit when he talked. It was funny and I had lots of fun. After practice when I was about to leave I was stopped.
"Lacey wait!" I turned and walked back over to Mack.
"Hey so these are my friends Reagan and Sadie."
"Nice to meet you I'm Lacey."
"You wanna hang out sometime?" Reagan asked
"Yeah I would love to."
"Okay you can come with us to my house after practice on Friday."
"Sure sounds cool."
"Alright bye!"
I left and Lauren picked me up and we went to get pizza.
"How was the practice?"
"It was fun I met some people, oh yeah and can I go to my friend Reagans house after practice on Friday?"
"I don't know I don't know her parents."
"Please?"
"Ok but only cause you're so adorable."
"We picked up three large pies for the household and two bottles of Sprite. I carried the soda and mommy Lolo carried the pizza. We got home and Lau opened the door to an awaiting Niall.
"Niall don't do that it's creepy to open the door and see a little leprechaun licking his lips!" Lauren exclaims.
"I'm sorry but I'm hungry!" He pulled the pizza out of her hands and placed it on the table. I struggling my carried the sodas over to the table. Austin comes through the door. "Hey peoples!" He yells walking into the living room.
"Ooh pizza." he says and grabs a slice sitting down next to his girlfriend who barely noticed. Harry comes down the stairs smiling and giggling at his phone much to the dismay of Louis.
"Who are you always texting so happily?" Lauren asks
"Your girlfriend?" I tease.
"No Lacey not my girlfriend although I wouldn't mind if she was!." Harry says like at sly cool guy who thinks he can get all of the girls. Louis looks super pissed off though and I'm not quite sure why actually I do know because their in love with each other and just can't admit it.
"so who are you texting and don't lie cause I will check." Lauren says
"Taylor has been trying out jokes on me for her fan meet ups and their so stupid that it's funny."
"Oh that makes since why your always giggling."
"Yeah it's hilarious!"
"Why didn't you tell us that?"
"Cause you're all too nosey and having a little bit of a secret is good so I can have a little privacy."
"Jeesh Harry way to be gentle bout it!" Dinah complains
"Sorry!"
"Anyways what's the plan for Christmas?" ally asks
"I was thinking all of our families come up here for Christmas." Camila suggests.
"That'll be hectic." Liam says
"What other choice do we have I was thinking fifth harmony families before Christmas. Christmas Day for friends and one direction families after Christmas."
"That'll still be a lot of people."
"We live in a mansion." Lauren points out.
"Ok so there we have it our schedule for Christmas go call your families." Dinah said just wanting to change the subject.
"Anyways Hunter, Dylan how was your first day?"
"It was good made tons of friends and got tons of girls numbers." Dylan brags
"Which you will not be needing." Ally says
"Oh come on mum, I have already had a girlfriend."
"Oh Yeah and what happened?"
"She got adopted and moved across the country."
"Oh I thought you were gonna say something like she was too clingy." ally says through the awkwardness.
"I'm going upstairs!" I say quickly pulling my food from the plate and dumping it out expect for a little bite I had bitten out of it.
"Lacey take your pill." Camila says
"I don't wanna!"
"Dinah!"
Dinah doesn't look up from her phone and says
"Kid take the pill or you'll see what happens."
"Ok fine I'll take it!" I take the pill in front of them and then went to my room. I took a shower and then I put my pajamas on. I went to the stair banister outside of my room.
"I'm going to sleep now."
"Did you finish your homework?" Normani yells up
"All of it including the project due in two weeks."
"Ok good sleep well."
I went and got in bed falling into a nightmare filled sleep.
