Penelopes crap

Lacey's pov
I got to school for my first day back and i was dreading it. Don't get me wrong I love school and I missed my friends but I didn't miss Penelope. I last saw her at the last fifth harmony concert. I didn't tell her that they were my moms and I don't think she's going to tell anyone that I know them because she wants to be the only one who knows them.
"Lacey!" Dean ran towards me.
"Finally I won't have to sit through that musical theater class again."
"What's happened so far since I was gone."
"Uhm...." He really tried to think about it. "....nothing!"
"Seriously no progress has been made?"
"Nope except many people memorized their parts already including miss Princess Penelope."
"That's fine I memorized mine."
"Really? but you were in a coma."
"Yeah but whenever I had to go to stuff with my moms then I read over my script. I had it memorized a couple weeks after I got it."
"Well ok then."
"Didn't expect that did you?" We laugh
"No I didn't. But moving back to Penelope, she went to your moms' concert last weekend and she met them."
"I know i was there."
"But she didnt say that she saw you there."
"And she probably wont."
"Im confused doesnt she know their your moms."
"NO because shes a fake fan hasnt seen any of their ellen interviews with me obviously."
"So are we gonna tell people you were there."
"Only if they ask."
When we got into first period it was almost as if someone read my mind. Someone crazy enough literally cut Penelope off and asked me. "So Lacey what did you do this weekend?"
"I went to a concert."
"For real?"
"Yeah."
"Which one."
"Fifth harmony."
"Really so did Penelope did you meet the girls."
"Uhm..."
"Guys she's obviously lying because she is just jealous of me. She was not there she probably doesn't even like them and I can tell you that she knows nothing about them."
"I know more than you do." a series of ooooohs came from the on lookers.
"You really think so."
"I know so."
"Ok what's Camilas favorite food?"
"Bananas and pizza depends on her mood."
"Ok who is Lauren's boyfriend?"
"Zayn Malik of one direction."
"No it's Brad from the vamps!"
"You're really dumb because if you've seen any interviews you would know that really isn't true."
"Fine agree to disagree."
"My turn, what's Lauren's biggest fear."
"Spiders."
"Nope it's open doors."
"Ding ding ding Lacey wins." Dean says in a fake announcer voice.
~one week later
"Alright class in your seats." My teacher says
We all scramble to our seats.
"Ok we are doing group project." The class cheers.
"I'm picking partners for you though."
The whole class sighs.
"Alright let's see Suzy Logan and Ben....Dean Lacey and Penelope." a look of horror and disgust rose on my face I looked to see that Penelope had the same face on.
The next day when the teacher gave us the chance we met up with our partners.
"Ok Lacey I really don't like you." "Good I don't like you either."
"So should we work at your house?"
"Uhm can we work at yours?"
"No it's going through renovations and their painting the outside so it's tented we can't."
"Dean?"
"I can't because I have an ant infestation in my attic."
"Uhm ok fine whatever."
We got in the car after school and guess who decided to pick me Hunter and Dylan up, Troy. I guess he's the only dad we share. Penelope literally had no idea who he was and to me that was funny. We got to my house and I saw all of the cars in the driveway so I knew all of the girls and guys were home.
"Your house is so huge." Penelope says
"I know I live in it."
"This is why I don't talk to you you're so sarcastic."
"Is that really the only reason because when you do talk to me it's nothing but insults."
"Oh right I also don't like you cause you're ugly, fat and annoying."
"There's the Penelope I know and hate."
We went into the house and I was hoping I wouldn't run into any of my moms so Penelope won't find out. That would've taken a lot of luck.
"Lacey y Hunter y Dylan ¿Cómo te fue la escuela hoy?" Lauren says from the kitchen.
"Lacey has a friend over!" Dylan yells.
"She's not my friend."
"I don't like you either because..."
"We have already gone over the reasons you don't like me."
"Aww you get it now. Isn't it just adorable when lower life forms catch up to our thinking."
"Should we get to work?" Dean asks
"Yes definetly."
"You can use the art room or your room." Lauren yells to me.
"We have an art room?"
"Z made it, he finished it the other day."
"Well that's wonderful."
"What's your project on?"
"It's a choice project on Peter Pan." Penelope answers
"Ok that's fun I'm getting bored of this conversation so I'll be upstairs!"
"Let's go." we walk down the hall and I was assuming the art room was in the empty room at the end of the hall. As presumed I was correct except now there was a desk like thing, shelves full of art supplies, a table with all of Harry's camera supplies, and then tons of graffiti on the wall, it was cool.
"So I think we should do a movie trailer." I say
"That way we can include as much of the book as possible." Dean adds
"I think we should do a music video." Penelope says.
"That makes no sense though."
"We could write a song and then act out scenes and that'll make up our video."
"I don't care." Dean throws his hands up in surrender.
"Ok Penelope we can do the music video idea so let's start writing."
A few hours passed and it was going really well. We had half of the song together. I mean I wrote the majority of the lyrics and Dean wrote all of the piano notes. Dean and Penelope left a few hours ago.
"Family I'm home with a surprise." Camila's voice rang through the house.
I walk out of the room and in the living room was Aunt Taylor.
"Aunt Tay!" I say running towards her. She hugs me tightly.
"Wow I missed you Lacey."
"What are you doing here?"
"I'm staying in town for a while before I go back to New York."
"Really?"
"Yeah your birthday is next week and I wouldn't miss that for the world."
"Yay."
"Lacey can you fix my phone." Normani says walking in the room.
"What do I look like the apple Genius Bar?"
"You realize you're wearing your fake Apple Genius Bar shirt right?"
"Well you have a point let me see."
"It won't do the thing."
"Mom just be a little more vague."
"gosh you're sassy."
"Yeah what the heck did you do to this phone?"
"Uhm I dropped it in my wing bucket and then I forgot it was a phone and ran it underwater."
"That is so dumb go put it in rice."
"Ugh." she walks into the kitchen and walks back.
"Lacey we have to go to tour rehearsal tomorrow all day so Taylor is going to pick you up and everything."
"Ok that's cool."
"Also we aren't going to be around for a while in the afternoons or evenings."
"Ok that's fine."
"Are you sure?"
"Positive."
"Alright love you Lay."
"Love you too Mani."
"Lacey my daughter my favorite where are you?" Camila yells
"In the living room." I yell back. She walks in and sits next to me and hugs me close to her.
"Yo y Lauren y Taylor van la cena en In n Out. ¿Quieres venir?"(me and Lauren are going to dinner at In n Out. Do you want to come?)
"Si, yo soy hambre." (Yes I'm hungry)
"¿En serio?" (Seriously?)
"Si, Estoy intentado comer más." (Yes I'm trying to eat more)
"Estoy orgulloso de tu. Tu intentade obtener más saludable." (I am so proud of you. You are trying to get healthier)
"Yeah!"
