Close call

Normani's pov
Lacey's birthday is in a few weeks so we have lots of planning to do. We want to have a big party with all of our friends and Lacey's, mostly because she doesn't have many friends. Shes kind of shy if you haven't noticed.
I went downstairs and saw Dylan and Lacey jumping all over the couch.
"Dylan and Lacey what are you doing?" They stopped where they were and looked up at me innocently.
"Nothing."
"Are you sure cause it looked like you were trying to break my furniture."
"Am I going to have to have a talk with Camila?"
"No no please no she'll kill me." Dylan looked genuinely scared.
"She's not even your mom." I looked at him
"Yeah but she's older, kinda my sister and to top it all off she scares the shit out of me."
"I heard that Dylan. No cursing." Ally's sleepy voice came from her room.
"How did she hear me curse?"
"I don't know thats your mother."
"What are we doing today?"
"We have an appearance today for like 5 hours. We'll take pics with fans and sign autographs, then we'll have a q and a and then we can go have lunch together. Then later tonight we have a performance."
"Can I wear whatever I want cause last time Ally made us dress up."
"My only rules are no sweatpants and no Adidas slippers but everything else is fair game.
"That's perfect in what world would I walk outside in sweatpants let's be real Mani."
"No Dylan I have seen you throw on sweatpants and a lacrosse jersey and call that an outfit."
"Yeah yeah I'll look decent!"
"Good!"
"Can we eat first?"
"There's plenty of food in the fridge go look through it for something."
"Thanks Mani."
"Yeah ok!" I walk upstairs to my room. I make my bed, shower, then do my hair and makeup and get dressed. when I walk downstairs Hunter, Dylan and Lacey were all dressed appropriately and ready to go. In the kitchen was Lauren, Zayn, Ally, Camila, Harry, and Liam all ready too.
"Normani since you're closest go wake up Lou, Dinah, and Niall will you." Liam asks me
"Fine."
"Niall fell asleep in the theater though."
"Ugh." I groaned before going to the theater waking Nialls lazy ass up then going upstairs and waking up Louis and now the tough one Dinah. It took forever but I finally got her up.
We were all ready. Big Rob pulled up with the van, we all climbed in before heading off to the appearance place. We got there and went inside to see a small stage with 5 chairs and a table. This was kind of like a meet and greet but at the same time it wasn't. For some reason Lacey was jumping off the walls.
"Why is she so hyper?" Louis asks reading my mind.
"This dimwit gave her a cup of coffee." Lauren slaps Dylan's back.
"Hunter said give her breakfast and I eat eggs and toast with coffee for breakfast sooooo...."
"You're dumb you know that." I say.
"And you're rude."
"That's true."
"Stop fighting you two before I slap you both." Camila says shutting both of us up.
We get set up at our seats. While we were up at our seats Dylan was trying to get Lacey to calm down. He was holding her while she played on my phone...wait-when did she get my phone. I never gave it to her. I didn't even bring it with me.
The questions were first and there were some interesting questions. And questions I am not gonna even acknowledge. Then the meet and greet thing started and the fans were adorable. One girl came up with the most adorable homemade fifth harmony shirt and pants with the words Boss. She looked about 15. She was pretty with long blonde hair and light blue eyes.
"Hello."
"Hi it's nice to meet you dearest."
"You too you have no idea how long I've been looking forward to this."
"Aww that's so sweet."
"Hey girl." Hunter appears out of nowhere.
"Hi." she says nervously and giggles.
"Hunter what are you doing."
"I'm not really sure please stop me." he whispers to me still staring at the girl.
"Don't you have a YouTube channel?" She asks
"No."
"Oh you should you seem funny."
"Thank you."
"Can I get a picture with you."
"Yeah sure."
They took a really quick selfie before she walked away.
"Well that was weird."
"You have no idea." he walked away awkwardly and went and stood by Camila most likely trying to avoid bringing that up again and I'm pretty sure he has a crush on her.

Lacey's pov
I was chilling by the side by the gates of the line of girls waiting to meet fifth harmony. I was chattering uncontrollably while I was playing subway surfers on Mani's phone. Sitting next to Dylan who just got up and walked away. I stopped talking shrugged and returned to my game.
"Lacey what are you doing here?" I looked up and saw at the edge of the gate was Penelope the evil queen.
"Uhm i was brought here by a car."
"I thought you were dead or something."
"In a coma first of all and clearly I'm better now I will be coming back to school sometime next week."
"Do you really think that fifth harmony would want to see you?"
"Yes actually."
"Ulk I can't believe you really think that a famous girl band would have time for someone as ugly and annoying as you, they won't even look at you. I'm their biggest fan and I will get to meet them plus my daddy bought me V.I.P tickets to see them live backstage tonight."
"That's great for you."
"What do you have nosebleeds?"
"No V.I.P. Backstage access." I mock her, flipping my hair.
"You're so rude."
"Lacey we gotta go." Hunter says grabbing my hand.
"Oh hot senior twin boy is here with you?" Penelope says twirling her hair.
"Why?" I ask him.
"We're leaving."
"But the meet and greets not done."
"Yeah but mom wants us to get her and the rest of the gang food before the show."
"Do you have the orders?"
"Yeah now let's go."
"Bye evil ice queen." I say fake smiling at Penelope before walking away with Hunter. We went and got the girls food and managed to carry it all back with us to the theater. We all ate together before their sound check then it was showtime.
"Good luck kisses." Lauren says as I kiss her cheek then Camila then Normani then Dinah then Ally.
They ran out on stage and then security let the V.I.P backstage pass people in. I saw Penelope walk in first. I ran as fast as I could out of another door and walk from backstage and go into the hallway shutting the stage door. One by one the boys on I'm sure stolen segways pass by cheering. They were bouncing a beach ball over each other's heads. I shake my head.
This is my family. This is my crazy nonsense family.
