Vincent had been hiding from everyone else for 2 years. He hadn't been hiding in the Nibelheim Mansion, but he had been in the Forgotten Capital, making sure no one found him. He had been successful, until today, when Vincent was wandering the Forgotten Capital when he fell down a hole in the ground, and found the area where Aerith was killed. Vincent decided to wander around and found a door he didn't notice when he went there with Cloud and the crew. He tried to open the door but it was locked. He walked away and found a key. He went back to the door and used the key, and he couldn't believe what he saw...
It was Aerith! She was unconcious and chained to the wall! Vincent quickly checked to make sure she had a pulse, and she did! Vincent carefully shook Aerith awake, and she slowly stirred awake.
"ooohhh... where..." Aerith said, slowly.
"Aerith? You ok?" Vincent said, kinda quietly.
"Vincent... what happened... where... am I..." Aerith said, drowsily, passing out again.
"Aerith? Aerith!?" Vincent said, scared because he thought Aerith was dead, but she still had a pulse.
"Well, I need to find Cloud and the team. Maybe they can help Aerith heal." Vincent said.
Vincent then broke the shackles that kept Aerith chained, and carried her away to try find Cloud.
